  1. check out this rav 4 one look very similar , I know I would possibly waste £25 before £250 on the same part https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-ABS-SENSOR-FRONT-RIGHT-FOR-TOYOTA-RAV-4-2000-2005-HCA-TY-094/323225226997?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D59534%26meid%3D798a04f14dfe4229ab9c63beb63a0d44%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D12%26mehot%3Dsd%26sd%3D174007804793%26itm%3D323225226997%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851
  2. knowing Toyota I would bet my bottom dollar that this would work as a rear replacement sensor https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ABS-Speed-Sensor-Front-Right-TOYOTA-YARIS-VITZ-89542-0D010-LEMARK-LAB229/263210589215?fits=Car+Make%3AToyota&epid=248931702&hash=item3d4892dc1f:g:JNYAAOSw46hbGALq I have used plugs from various Toyotas cam plugs are the same across practically every Toyota which would leed me to believe you could use the sensor in some applications, why would you research and develop something you already have that works
  3. I was using a single 320 at 525bhp and the mapper said that it was nearing the limit of the pump, but it was also nearing the limit of my injectors I swapped the 320 out for a 400
  4. The thing with the internal combustion engine its a double edge sword A. your burning fossil fuels and putting toxins in the air B. your using oxygen to burn the fossil fuel. so your putting in bad stuff and taking away the good ! this is were a electric car is a better option as it can be made in many ways that have little environmental impact ,wind ,solar, hydro IE wave and dams
  5. glad to hear there is going to be more input to try and keep the forum up and running and keeping with the times , Traders seem to be thin on the ground now here or they don't post so much
  6. The fixing points on the rad and shroud are also different . But can be made to work
  7. N/A are not as thick as the TT and the auto version has a built in oil cooler for the transmission. So none of them share a raditor
  8. Yeah I would say that's the going rate to be fair . I have seen some dreamers with prices out their
  9. Pull the leads off one by one and see when it gets worse or makes no change. If it gets worse then you know that cylinder is good if it makes no change then you know it's that cylinder .
  10. Yes as it would put the price of mine right up lol
  11. I have a DBB T67 and see full boost say 4500 rpm . But that's going through the gears alot of people state there full boost when they are in top gear doing a pull
  12. That does sound like the actual pump to me as it sounds a mechanical noise ( metal on metal vs metal on belt ) . but still always hard to tell on a video. what you can do is get a long screw driver and touch it on possible suspects ie the pump housing and the put the but of the driver to your ear and then get someone to bring on the fault and listen you will soon narrow down where the noise is coming from.
  13. yeah I remember the days when post count was like 5 pages over a night. now its like 5 posts such a shame it has come to this but without the forum even now where would you find all the stored data , I remember when the N/A T forum went people was stuffed for a while. im on face book aswell but no way is it quite as helpful as the club was say 10 years ago. hopefully long live the forum
  14. ha yeah I see that and joined it just to message the guy lol
  15. looks like I have had a stroke of good luck, turns out that the injector loom connection point in the passenger foot well had become bad probably 30 amps going through would cause some carbon deposits as it blew up , when checking for the injector voltage found that there was no feed , the was working my way through its part of the circuit and found its there, note to anyone using the repair manuals they are for a us spec which is left hand drive so all wiring is on opposite side
  16. sorry mate that's a fic 6 , I need the 8
  17. so it looks like I have blown up my fic8 ecu so if anyones got one please yet me relieve you of it lol.
  18. if your craig then yeah , just a update a injector pig tail was trapped between the idle control valve and fuel rail which then blew the fuse , problem is that the AEM fic has also blown as its grounding the injectors , so im now stuck and might have to buy a complete new ecu set up . being auto that makes it a killer for ecu choice also , its hard to tell if the stock ecu has failed also .
  19. well I was on the way to karting and the car sh!t the bed so im out , but should still have been a decent turn out
  20. So my fun friday begins. Supra has got upset with me and stranded me on the hard shoulder on the a2 coast bound if you see me give me a wave lol. Any way so cruising along and the car cuts out get over to the hard shoulder and it's popped a am2 fuse I swap it with a spare so now cranks and have dash lights coming up . Any thoughts or things to check while I wait for the AA
  21. Good man will save you alot of trouble
  22. when you say its getting mapped tomorrow , I take it you mean your getting the emanage wired in and injectors fitted and then mapped
  23. I might be able to pop in on the way back from karting
  24. you really need to stop driving this car until the bigger injectors are in and its mapped
