  1. So companies must still keep their old equipment to do things like this. Good to see.
  2. Gazoo . Mr T if you are watching it's just a thought Ooowh they should the gt2000
  3. how do caterum 7 do it they surely cant meet the crash test regs and such, surely Toyota could do a kit like the 7 most of us have had our supras in bits and can handle a spanner or have the gazoo brand it or have a company build the kit for you like SRD, whifbitz , plus you could start with your spec list ie big single , TT, N/A. im not just saying the mkiv but every iconic 80's 90's cars , rs escort , rs seira , mk1 mexico , RX7 , GTR's , reault 5 , cleo v6 , z3 m coupe , F40, vw camper mk1, beatle ect,ect what do these companies do with their mods and casting equipment after they have been finished with ? the plan or data sheet must be on record so you could make a new mold and start production im not saying replica im saying a actual reproduction with original parts backed by the original manufacturer. I know its a pipe dream but I seriously think there is a market for it, saying that though 60k for a MKIV when new is pretty steep and that's when it was mass produced say I could do it for 100k I don't think I would sell many I thought it was a good idea to until the maths kicked in
  4. Would it be hard to get the MKIV through the REGS with all the mod cons ?
  5. Just dawned on me that I think I would have preferred it if they would have started just remaking the MKIV with modern tech IE bb Sequential turbos, new ecu, new traction control, better weight distribution, touch screen. probably everything that's in the MKV just in the MKIV instead of making the MKV. I expect a lot of retro cars reproduced would sell like hot cakes with all the mod cons, remember as a kid that car you loved but couldnt afford now 15-20 years latter you have the money but the cars are rust buckets. whats everyones thoughts ?
  6. one of the ends are right under the manifold , way too hard to do under the car
  7. No quick fix mate intake has to come off, just to confirm the leak you could use a inspection mirror
  8. hopefully the weather will be abit warmer for this one

    new tyres

the vorti are not as good as the sessanta , not sure if I would go with them again , the sessanta was a great tyre !!!
  11. we should do a meet up and share a dragy box and get a load of times up , not that the times will be good with the cold salted roads mind
  12. make sure your battery is good , I have had to get another car on jump leads before due to my battery being abit weak
  13. Doing it like that will put massive pressures on the power steering pump and water pump bearings. I would use it as a last resort . I made a locking tool out of a 1/4 inch thick 2inch plate with a hole for the socket and 2 more for the bolts to bolt to the pulley. but to be fair I just used the starter and breaker bar on the floor to undo it , far less effort lol
  14. I bet not many know who you are now mate , nice to see you back shame its not in a supra
  15. 1 , 2 , D , D over drive. this can be helpful as you can use engine breaking but driving manually is abit rubbish going up the gears as you cant better the change point but can hold gears for corners when in the track
  16. that's nice of them never bought a car new so didn't know they done things like that, good on you I had a race with a bmw the other day and he has 570bhp from the N54 with hybrids and supporting mods so will be good to see the supra still ruling the road
  17. a pointer on what it is will be what its connected too . is it not the heated window module . on another point how do you know its working correctly if you don't know what it is or does ?
  18. I don't think they are his, as per request in every vid he does he asks people to let him drive their cars, but he is very dry lunch .surprised no one has commented on the rear floor matts not being stock on the 100% stock car unless the areo ones are different to the hard top
  19. Sounded like it had a issue with the sequential turbo set up to me from his review being that he said it had nothing until 4000rpm
  20. got mine too thanks for these everyone involved
