ordered from Ebay for the optima battery. Not the best as the top is too close to the battery terminals and Paul and I are not happy with it. Its one of the jobs for me to do when I get the car back is fabricate an aluminium bar to go across the top rather than that plate.

looking good mike, is it the journal bl366 turbo? if so will be keeping an eye out on what that makes on the methanol/ethanol

 

i think so yes, tbh can't remember. I'm looking forward to seeing what it will flow too. Only thing that held my last one back was feeling and that's well sorted on this one.

Progress still being made. Its getting ready for MOT time. Front bumper all fitted back on and adjusted to fit round the intercooler pipes etc

Lights all wired in and the wiring loom for the facelift lights connected up. Sounds simple but this really was a mess before hand. Also found my HIDs have but the dust so going to be looking out for new ones.

Jobs left to do I think are brakes, Dash (race2) wiring and CAN connection to ECU, Rad Overflow tank, swap the pass mirror to get it through MOT, Wheel alignment & dyno :D
