  1. Thats fine by me. Thank you boostman.
  2. Nice. Mind if I ask what you pay for the cowling fan blade?
  3. Hello mate. Please will you sell me this item. Brake booster vacuum hard line with nrv - £10 Postage to SA? Agents dont have this part and I cant seem to find it.
  4. Thanks Jazz. I am primarily interested in the spot behind the head light and as to how you have it mounted please.
  5. I don't know if I want a house like that shop or for my car to go to them and get finished. Damn great stuff happening over there. Thanks for the photos.
  6. Well done mate. Love them oem calipers over any aftermarket besides brembo but still too none the less. Nice job on the seats. Guess you have proven a supra can be used to courier big items and not just a stance or race car. Was the pipe the culprit for the excess oil and boost issue? I saw you tested the vsv's as well as removed the idle control valve and cleaned it up and fitted a new o-ring. I think I missed it yet I did read it.
  7. Hey Jazz. Great to see its finally out man. Well done on the top notch work. Some great cars there as well at SRD. Question? Have you got FRP wide front fenders/wings? I see your fender doesnt have the inner section where the head light mounts to. Can you give me some in sight as to what you done to make them fit? A picture or two? Mine are FRP TRD replicas and the dousches before me cut that part off so still confused as to what to do even though people have told me but still worth knowing other options.
  8. I need to know this as well as I don't have the pipe at all mate.
  9. A mate of mine has the bmw m3 box in his car and the guy who did it for him done a fantastic job. I felt the clutch pedal and its like butter if not oem to a small engine toyota powered vehicle. Was really impressed and would opt for that box in my car but for now will be staying auto till I am bored of it. Sorry for the thread derail.
  10. Thanks Rider. I am of the same belief and even more so now with your comment. I see most car manufacturers do it that way as paint removal from the bolt would indicate tampering or adjustment for various reasons. Like I said, not my car. If it was, I would not be selling it. If I had the money, I may have considered buying it but then again, I already own one but in need of a lot of restoration and parts to be complete.
  11. Sir David. Is there no easy way for me to conduct this activity myself? I know a little bit about the conductor plate I think within the box and its solenoids and so forth. I do also have the manual for the box itself and another in dept journal on the different auto trans somewhere. I know on the MB boxes 722.6 in particular, people were changing the solenoids to blue top instead of the old brown or grey ones for more precise shifts then the delayed shift. Now this auto box of the toyota may or may not have different solenoids to use but how can I achieve that which you are on these hybrid boxes?
  12. Thats a bummer. Oh well someone will be wanting one soon I guess. GWS mate
  13. Should be easier to accomplish then mate. Always good to have some new grease in them joints. Wonder if any manufacturer list a service interval on them.
  14. Dnk I cannot vouch if or not he is the first owner. I say this because I don't know him well enough to know if he worked at Toyota back in the day, or he may be the 2nd owner after it was imported or whatever the story may be. As for them bolts on the fenders, I have seen many UK and JDM cars as well as USA cars look like that. Either that or everyone is respraying it but no harm in asking a question to put to rest some worries. I agree, better to inspect in person before exchange of serious money but the way it seems from here, he will try to sell it locally first. Thank you everyone for the comments and critics. Blythmrk, that is one beautiful car you own. Congrats
  15. Interesting. Well unless a few people say the same then only would it be more certain? I have no clue. My guess is, the bay was just detailed with car wax shampoo as there is a hose lying beside it and water drops can be seen on the bonnet in the one photo. Perhaps that be the reason for the shine but I don't know.
  16. Sadly we don't have alot Supras around so dealership will either tell you, "meh we cant help" or you have to pay alot for std brake disc which take 1 to 2 months from overseas. As far as aftermarket goes for supras, you cant even find radiators for auto cars or manual that easily or off the shelf exhaust systems. Only recently has one place started catering for us. I believe the disc are from a shop here that sells EBC pads and some racing disc for the track cars here in my area however I could be wrong.
  17. Don't know yet but he mentions he will feel the waters locally and see what he gets. If he doesn't win, Australia, UK, US or Canada will be options for him to name but a few. This car resides in a town where no sea is so it wont have any rust and under carriage should still look swell in my opinion. Thanks RSB.
  18. lol well nice to hear. Congrats on the mods
  19. Dnk, the man is an elderly gentleman. Me thinks he has not changed those parts at all so would still be stock.
