I am looking to sell my house and buying another (New Build) was wondering what costs may be involved that I might have overlooked. So far I have: Estate Agents fees EPC Solicitor / Conveyancing fee Removal Costs Mortgage exit fee Buying Costs: Mortgage fees House Survey (snagging survey same thing ??) It says its been resprayed so it was most likely been resprayed black but was originally storm blue. So again might be sign of a crash but then again they are old cars so might just be tired paintwork and re the washers some people don't like them so have them removed. But definitely worth having a really good check over.

Well he can't put another oem engine in so what was he supposed to do ? Park it up for 2.5 years while he waits ?

I did originally ask them to do a four wheel alignment but they only did the fronts and told me not all vehicles can have all 4 wheels aligned. Basically they didn't know they could adjust the rear wheels so it has put me off as surely a simple visual check would have shown them they could ?

Thankfully mine was in great shape just a bit of surface corrosion, I replaced mine due to a leak in the cooler itself.

These cars are at an age where suspension bushes are becoming worn and need replacing. Lots of people doing or wanting to do suspensions rebuilds to future proof thier cars before parts disappear.
