  1. Has anyone had the Syvecs App working through an App radio yet?
  2. I used your boot polish technique on my boot blind, which was in a terrible state. Looks like new now.
  3. I'm seriously considering driving up to Scotland and kidnapping you and making you work on my car. Your cars are very nice indeed.
  4. I'd go with your original thought, Lambo Grigio Avlon.
  5. David, I acknowledge this clip. It is stupidly hilarious.
  6. I've added a link to my post above. There is a specific fault diagnostic test you can do via the buttons on the heater controls. Stupid easy.
  7. I would get a replacement heater control unit and start there (the unit on the dash with all the buttons). Alternatively have you done a diagnostic test on the heater controls? How-To-Aircon-Diagnostics
  8. So, you have just removed your active spoiler? Do you still need the active spoiler under tray?
  9. I rent a council garage. I can just get the car in. It's tight and I have to contort myself to get out of the car, but it's dry and secure.
  10. I like the oil cooler mounting. Does Lee sell the oil coolers as a standard kit with the mounting brackets and thermostatic take off plate etc?
  11. I think the cut cold be better. I dislike the divide down the centre of the door card. I would prefer if they followed the inner section. Having said that I did think about getting a set. I have a fair few spare sets of door cards to test on these days.
  12. Switch and ECU for sale here. Sale Link
  13. Sounds like the expansion valve to me. Short period of cooling then it cuts out and warm air only. Had the same problem with my previous Supra. It's not a difficult fix as the expansion valve can be accessed by removing the Air Condensor from behind the dash. The expansion valve is at the rear of the Air Condensor. No need to remove the dash, can be done by removing the lower glove box. If having this done have the receiver drier replaced too. Parts are relatively cheap from factor places. If you search under receiver drier you will find some threads about this. I had all the work on mine done by a specialist which cost approx £400. You could get the system vacuumed by Kwik Fit or similar, have a pressure test at the same time, then fit the parts yourself and return for a regass. That would save some money for sure.
  14. Had my last car sprayed in this colour. It's such a nice colour and looks amazing in full sunlight. Really brings out the shape of the car.
  15. I replaced the lip on my stock bumper the weekend before last. I had the same issue, in that the stock bolts spun free from the compressed mounting on the aluminium rail as the nuts had seized to the bolt. In the end I took the front bumper off the car and had to cut the nut off the bolt. I was then able to remove the aluminium rails and take the damaged stock bolts out. I replaced the damaged ones with M6 nuts and bolts.
  16. I'm sure Keron can help with everything you need.
  17. Go on Jamie, you know you want to
  18. From my understanding, yes. Many countries that way will only allow tem to register euro spec cars due to conformity issues, emissions etc. I don't think they can buy in J-Spec cars or any that have had auto-manual conversions as the VIN plate won't match the car spec. I could be wrong but I think it's correct.
  19. I had Tein Mono Flex on my last car and they were OK if a little harsh and that was having the dampening controller to play with in the car. Tein are also a pain to get repaired or serviced, if not next to impossible. My current Supra has custom sprung and valved Bilsteins, which Mr Wilson sorted for Dan. Coupled with completely nearly new suspension components and Titan anti roll bars, it's an amazing drive. So much so that my wife commented on it (trust me it was a first in any car). Very impressed so far and the roads round my way are like an African dirt track.
  20. Getting close to having a working car again
  21. Nice work. Car was definitely in need of some tlc.
  22. Great work Matt. Lots of respect for what your doing for Russ.
