Yesterday was an exciting day where I took the 6 hour each way trip up to Newcastle from Hereford to pick her up and bring her home :D

Have to compliment Paul at Scuffed n Curbed bodyshop in another amazing job on her, totally worth the long journeys to make sure the job is done perfect :)

A few snapshots from the day....

Outside the workshop when I turned up....

A week off work last week meant good progress with this.

First I sprayed up the new driftworks suspension ready to go in (went for black just to hide them away as they are not so noticeable)

Nice work dude. Glad to see shes coming back. Look at the sky! Looks like a lovely day to do supra work

Thanks mate :) yeah was a lovely week was quite lucky with the weather

I cannot wait to see this in the flesh again at Wroxall.

Great update like the suspension. Are they any good from driftworks?

haha thanks mate cant wait to see your beast in the flesh too :) Iv never tried them personally but only heard great reviews for them, was chatting to James (little num) at one of the local meets as he uses them and he speaks very highly of them and with the amount of track abuse that car see's I took that as a great recommendation lol :)

Are you going to run these throughout the year or just for road/drag racing?

Look awesome shawn great look :)

Thanks bud :) Il see what the driving feels like with them, I planned to just use them for occasional use when I wanted to really push it but if it feels nice enough to drive I may leave them on all the time :)

Just an update on timing... I did have mapping booked for 10th July but unfortunately iv had to move this date back, the shell is all ready but just awaiting on the engine (through no fault of Tims, the machine shop he uses decided to not tell us that they were going on a 3 week holiday which screwed us over abit on times).

New mapping date though is 2nd August (5 weeks yesterday) so providing all go's to plan then cant wait for that date :D

All along I had been trying my best to get everything sorted to enjoy some of summer with it (hate modifying in summer, summers for driving :) ) but its seeming everything is going to be a real push and abit tight so because of the magnitude of this build iv decided im not rushing it at all so iv cancelled my mapping date and will put alot more into it over the coming and winter months to improve it even more than it was going to be and will make sure I have it on the road for march/april time next year instead to ensure a top quality product and will have a great summer with it next year :)

Keep peeled for updates :)
