I dont mind being overloaded as to be honest ive sucked at managing my fitness in the past although i kept up the protein shakes 3 times a day, no matter how much i disliked them. I dont drink heavily, only every other week sometimes or unless the games on
Im 5ft 9 and a HALF 10.5 stone but when you look at me you think where the hell am i hiding it all?!?!
I eat alot of fish and chicken to say the least. Last time i was training every other day which was a bit to much but i pushed myself which was a bit stupid i must admit but i was determined to gain size and it sort of worked but it killed me and i got to tired to continue.
