It appears that the price of oil is dropping rapidly http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-30247276 Yet, the prices at the pumps only seem to be trickling down. Unfortunately, I foresee a greater problem if this trend continues. Due to the reduced revenue the government will be making due to the price slump, I think we'll see an increase in fuel duty come the next budget.

So after afew days of owning my supra I ordered a Steering boss from eBay so I could fit my lovely Sparco wheel I've been saving since breaking my Glanza around a year ago. Nothing Could go wrong...Right? So I order it Sunday night to get it posted out Monday with an estimated delivery of Wednesday (Posted Royal mail 2nd class Signed for). Sweet! Wednesday comes and I get in from work and immediately check the post box in anticipation ill have a missed delivery or something. Its my first mod! I'm a little excited haha. Sure enough there it is.. The little red card with writing telling me its in the Green bin (Food recycling). Straight away I know the postman's had to forge my signature because its a signed for parcel. I then check the bin to find that the bins empty.. So I go around checking places thinking he might of put it somewhere else. Nope!! Its recycling day and the bin men have emptied it... I wasn't happy! I rang the waste collection depot and they pretty much told me I had no chance of finding it now. Sent a shi**y email off to Royal mail earlier so hopefully they can resolve this and reimburse me or something. Has anyone else ever had anything similar happen to them?

Seriously, how does this organisation get away with this? I know they have terms and conditions, etc, etc, etc.... but how on earth can they charge a fee on top of a service that Royal Mail is providing? I sold a set of alloys recently, the postage costs are insane to begin with yet eBay feel the need to charge me 10% of my postage costs as a "final value fee". How the hell does that one work? I'm passing the costs onto the buyer, I'm making no profit on the postage (in fact I made a loss) only for them to hit me with a 10% fee and then Paypal to hit me with a further 4% fee. I've ended up paying over £55 for postage that I charged £40. I'll be avoiding eBay at all costs now, I always knew their fees were ridiculous but the fact they have a postage limit in auctions and then take their cut off the top of that limit is just a joke.

I just wanted to say that I'm getting a little frustrated and disappointed with some of the cyber bullying that's almost happening on this site. Recently a member made an inappropriate remark against what they thought was a dodgy sales advert on eBay. Instead of being advised he was mistaken, various members on here stared to slam his comments, which some may see as fair game. It then turned into a proper bun fight, and soon verbal insults were being thrown at each other. In my opinion this type of behaviour should not be tolerated and members participating should be banned. I dont post much any more, but what is this ****? Iv never heard of it. Just got home from a nice holiday to find i have a PCN from Dart Charge from when i went over the Dartford crossing down to dragonball v1... in may! Thats 5 months ago! Now, considering i go over the dartford crossing once a year (for dragonball) i went down. Went over the bridge expecting to pay... nothing. A load of roadworks, no booths. no barriers apart from the other side. So i assume, ok, they are doing them up or something, giving people a free ride while the roadworks are there. And on i go with my journey. So now i get this PCN. And it seems the ways you can pay, are by phone after, or in advance. (i assume after you have finished your journey, and not forgotten all about it). Walking into a shop and paying at a payzone thing. Or online. Im all for the future of the internet, moving forward with technology and all that. i work in IT for gods sake. and i love being able to pay for things with paypal. in the states, you can order a pizza from domino's just by sending them a pizza emoji in a text and they ship your favorite to you. But taking away the ability to pay then and there with cash? Thats ridiculous. And there seems (at least as a guy living in the midlands an hour from london) to be sod all info about it. I never saw any on my journey. How was i supposed to know how and where to pay. God its rediculous. p.s - I have had a very long day. im jetlagged and had no sleep on a 7 hour overnight flight. What the hell is going on with the BMI scores? They're absolutely full of crap. It's no wonder so many people have eating disorders and think they are overweight etc. Now, first of all.... no excuses, I'm a fat c**t but the info from this load of tripe just doesn't stack up. Ok so here's the figures, see if you can work this one out!! My Weight - 117kg My Height - 6'4.6" My BMI - 32.2 All fair enough. Then it did my fat %age using the voltage resistance system (resonably accurate I've been led to believe). Fat % - 30.6% Fat KG - 35.8kg Weight without fat - 81.2kg All fair enough again. So then it spouts out this drivvel..... To be at my upper ideal BMI (25) I would need to weigh 87kg. To be at my lower ideal BMI I would need to weigh 64kg. How the hell am I supposed to get down to 64kg if I currently weigh 81.2kg with 0% fat? IMO me at 87kg would be my ideal, ripped, fighting weight. Now, clearly I'm heavy boned. This isn't a pun, when I had the same amount of meat on me as a butchers pencil I weighed 14 stone. Surely someone needs to take a good look at this BMI calculation thing and make sense of it. Who on earth is 6'4, 10 stone and healthy? They must have the lightest bone structure on the planet and have next to no muscle.

What is it with some people, don't know if its a Norfolk thing, but ever since I moved here, every summer especially when the whether is hot and sunny, and in the evening when everyone is outside chilling out in the garden, some knob has to start a bonfire and smoke every other poor sod out, so you end up shutting yourself in a really hot house with all the windows shut. Tempted to get a drone that can carry a can of petrol, and drop it...give them a real bonfire!!!

Why develop a system for internet connected radio/entertainment systems (what ever it is) thats interlinked or even connected to critical systems. Physical security is the best method of preventing all this, fine let the entertainment system connect to the outside world and do what it wants but if you want to get data from the car you have to physically connect to the car with digitally encrypted security. Same for planes, why have a passenger entertainment system/wifi thats connected to anything in the cockpit - its just stupidity. Discuss?!

Whilst putting my car away last night after a spirited drive I was slowly moving it forward into the garage. As I got to almost where to stop the car I let the clutch up to where it would normally bite and the car shot forward. Crushed the washing machine, damaged my tool chest and pushed the end wall back as the door frame is out and the door no longer closes. Supra I have bent the crash structure that goes round the front lights and cracked a light. Was soooo pissed off. two questions now I've got that out of my system. Does anyone know the toyota part number for the crash structure and what went wrong with the clutch. Im thinking I've either boiled the fluid with heat from turbo (unlikely) or its low on fluid?? The clutch only went half way up and stopped, the bite point was at a 1/4 point rather than the usual 3/4 hence basically full engagement forward. And before anyone says it no i didn't just drive it into the wall!!!!

My French friend delighted in spending a quarter of an hour mocking me and the UK yesterday, for sending a Royal naval vessel to the Mediterranean to ferry illegals ashore. WTF is it with Skype. I've upgraded it as it's just told me my Skype wont work after July 7th and the new version now won't work unless I turn my AVG firewall off, the old one was working fine with AVG I click on the Skype help button and none of the drop down options work either FFS

As weird as it sounds, its true. I despair of what things have come to here in the UK and seriously wonder what makes people tick nowadays. Got up this morning for work and looked out the window to see a mass of feathers in the run. First thoughts was oh shit I have left the coup flap up and a fox has got in. Opened the coup expecting to see 3 dead birds and there were none! Some bright knob has come into our yard and helped themselves to our 3 hens and the eggs that would have accumulated since Sunday when I last collected them. And then to add insult to injury they left a calling card and crapped in the gateway. There are so many feathers around I can only hope they didn't suffer too much, but it doesn't look good. One old girl was a rescue battery hen too and she was lovely. My daughter used to love feeding them treats, god knows how we explain this to a four year old. We have 3 more young birds that hatched over Easter and fortunately they were indoors or I guess they would have gone too. So now we have all the nonsense of making sure everything is secure, alarms, lights etc to attend to. As if watching benefit street last night wasn't enough!

OK, I know some of you will agree without reading any further I have built a powerful, complicated amplifier for low frequency work, and it gave me a lot of teething problems. Late last night I finally ironed out the bugs and decided, at 1.30 AM it was a good time to drill the case for some rubber feet. i did it, and decided to have one last test and go to bed. I plugged it in, turned it on, and all the lights in the house went out, with an associated flash and bang. I'd only drilled into the main toroidal transformer which was a special order from Poland. I then managed to fall over a stool in the dark, and knock a mug off the side, smashing it and spilling tea everywhere... I remember the transformer took ages to arrive, so I am going to strip the windings off it and rewind it by hand. I think this may be a VERY tedious job, but it's my punishment to myself! What a tosser I am!! Stupid old git.

Well i was wrong and she was determined to ruin my life just that little bit more by ringing me Tuesday morning of a unknown number so i could "hear it from her" that she has been seeing someone and how happy he was making her. so basically she rung me to rub my face in the fact she was with someone new but i did my best to be civil and told her i wished her all the best but could she just not rub my face in it anymore and could they refrain from coming into my work (considering she knew where i worked as we met on our shifts together) and she initially said she wouldn't come in and that was the end of it. well a little bit later i received a call again and i heard her out as she insisted she wanted to give us both closure, she told me how she didn't mean to hurt me and i had a go at her telling her what a sadistic bitch she was and then she said she can go into my work (Tesco) whenever she likes with whoever she likes. so me trying to be an adult said i was fed up of this shit and would prefer to see her in person and deal with this finally once and for all. she got nasty and told me how i wasn't worth a minute of her time let alone and to fuck myself and she hated me and was going to make my life hell. well i called her back, calmed her down and said i was happy she had someone who finally made her as happy as i had always tried to make her and she said thanks, i told her that i wasn't dealing with it too well and i just couldn't cope with her rubbing my face in it while i was working little side note- Yes it was my decision for us to split up but at the same time it was a decision i have struggled with and still am struggling with as I am a very withdrawn person and she is literally the only person i have ever been close too, she knew everything about me and we had so many things planned. i have accepted i have severe attachment issues and this is something i am trying to work on but cant see it changing any time soon, i keep everything i possibly can, every toy from childhood ect.. everything. plus have a horrifically good memory which has been such a curse! well no prizes for guessing what happened. she came into my work with her new boyfriend and i snapped, I haven't been coping with my messed up head replaying everything and of course everything at work reminded me of her anyways, her favorite foods, things i knew she would like, just everything in that place was making this harder. She came up to me while i was collecting baskets and i just screamed at her about how she could be so disrespectful and horrible, i cant even remember what i said its all just a blur but i remember calling her every name under the sun and then of course the new boyfriend started to square uo to me, security stepped in the middle and sent them down the other end of the store and i got on with my job, shaking with rage but did get back to work, while she was screaming in tears down the other end of the store. well i called her over and told her unless she left me alone i would tell the new guy everything, her drug history, her being responsible for him being put in hospital as she used him to make an ex jealous. and she screamed out saying i was pathetic making threats i could never follow through on. at this point her new boyfriend got right in my face and had the head of security holding us apart as i snapped and would have beaten the crap out of him given the chance for the disrespect. I put in months of hard work, took abuse and did everything to help this girl sort her life out and now she was better he was getting this girl with 1% of the problems, to put it bluntly fuck him! following this screamed more profanities and then security escorted them out the store and refused them entry again! well of course this has put my job in a perilous position and I'm not sure what i can possibly do? i went in yesterday, apologised to management and to those involved and tried to explain what happened, but Tesco refuse to listen till they review the footage in which i look awful as it will not show what she said to me and i reacted in a provocative physical manner. That is honestly the second time in my entire life that i have lost my temper but i just snapped. on a side note i messaged the new boyfriends sister who also works at Tesco telling her exactly what her brother was getting himself in for and all she said was its done the opposite because the brother now thinks he is going to "save" her from this life and the girl her is dating is now perfect - well he has a point, after me spending all this time trying to help her out she is no were near as damaged as she was when we first got together. also messaged her parents so they were aware of her addictions and passed on my concerns but did both these messages in such a nice manner that it was clear i thought that i was just trying to look out for both the new boyfriend (who i don't have a problem with) and for her in the message to her parents. well in summary I might have lost my job and for some absolutely ridiculous reason I still miss all the good times and all the relationship things, having someone want to talk to me, going to bed next to someone, waking up and seeing her smile to see me laying next to her. 99% of the relationship was awful but i cant help but focus on the 1% anyways if someone has any ideas about how to save my job it would be greatly appreciated. everyone i spoke to in Tesco apart from the manager said how she should be banned from the store and security have agreed that if she was to come in again and kick off then she would be banned which i will push for on grounds of harassment but at this point i'm more worried ill be jobless. I have had my neighbours moaning at me because apparently my car being parked as in the picture is in the way and an "inconvenience" to the t**ts that live 2 doors down. As you can see, my car does block next doors garage, which they are fine with, as we are very friendly with them. It however does not block access to t**ts driveway at all. Apparently his wife cannot drive in and reverse her Golf straight into her driveway. Tonight, when they asked me AGAIN to move it out of their way, I did a little experiment. I got my wife to stand at the point where the corner of my car closest to their drive was. I then drove in, and reversed straight onto their drive with no hassle at all. I drive a saloon by the way. So, their claim of "it's in the way" and "it's an inconvenience" is quite simply a cover for "she can't drive for toffee". They have threatened to go to my landlord, which is funny in itself, because I'm pretty sure them saying "his car inconveniences us" is going to be a long way down his "give a f**k" list. On top of this, tonight I have pointed out to them that during the summer he parked his van across my garage, stopping me from having access. Did I moan about it? No. There are more important things to worry about than a temporarily blocked garage. Secondly, on two occasions he let himself in to our garden and knocked on the back door. Pretty sure that's trespassing as I have never given him permission to do so. I have now informed them if that happens again I will call the police and have him done for trespassing. I have also informed them that my car may or may not end up parked there again in the future as it is convenient for me, and really isn't in the way. They didn't like that much. These neighbours are that petty she told me to "get a life" after I spoke to them, as if it was me that had been making petty complaints. Some people should have hit the end of a condom, not an egg!

So....I'm rather (many obscenities) off!!!! The Supra is currently parked on my estate just off the road under a cover. There is a Lidl being built next to where the Supra is parked. Next to the Supra is an 8ft wooden fence surrounding the site. So, today while I was at work they have removed the fence and been digging (with a JCB or similar). When I got home from work I noticed a rather large lump of hardened dirt lying next to the rear of the skirt of the Supra. Alarm bells started ringing. Upon getting to the Supra I noticed a rip in the cover. Louder bells. I removed the cover, and this is what I found: As far as I am aware this is the only Supra in the UK with these front wings, and the only place I have ever found them for sale is the States, at over £3500 shipped!!!! Also, the bonnet is dented and chipped. The Supra is not parked on their land. There was no notification or request for vehicles to be moved. Where do I stand here? I'm going to see the foreman when I finish work tomorrow and try and find out what happened, and why someone attempted to hide it (someone evidently moved the offending rock/lump of dirt/concrete or whatever it was, and where we go from there.

I'm not usually one to rant about the noise a car makes, but this week, I'm starting to get the hump. Whenever I start my car (fitted with an HKS Silent Hi Power) at home, it's on tickover until I'm a reasonable distance away from my immediate neighbours, and until I'm out of the private road, it's driven sedately, whatever time of the day or night. One of my neighbours has just bought himself a motorbike. Yesterday morning, he decided to take it to work at 7.30am. But for some reason, he felt the need for 3, BIG revs of the engine before he set off. He managed to wake my 18month old son up, allbeit half an hour before he'd usually get up. I came home tonight, and he was outside fannying about with it. He fired it up, and was revving it up constantly for about 5 minutes before he eventually shut up. This is virtually right outside my front room window, so I said to the wife that if he carried on I'd ask him to keep it down. This evening, we put the baby to bed at 6.30pm as usual. At 7.30, All of the sudden, there's the almighty roar of a Subaru with no cats and a massive can. Stupid RPM whilst slipping the clutch WHILST PARKING HIS F*CKING CAR! Guess what!? Now my kid's wide a-f*cking-wake WHY do idiots do this? Seriously!? I live on a private road, 20mph speed limit, and an obviously residential area. Is it too much to ask for people not to act like total helmets around where people live!? Should I just go 4" with no silencers or shall I carry on being the ONLY considerate person around here!?

I am fed up with the state of the roads around the UK. Was driving home from work yesterday driving on the roads i know and have driven on for four years twice a day. This particular corner i was turning round is a narrow blind corner in a 30mph zone. On this particular occasion as i turned the corner i met a tractor coming the other direction causing me to get a little closed to the side of the road but not off it. Now i was travelling at the speed limit but my left front wheel dropped into a new deep pot hole causing an almighty thud. So i stopped and inspected the damage. No damage to the undercarriage or suspension but my wheel and tire took a knock. Only small but it has F##king p###ed me right off! Some of the outside tire wall has been shredded and is now flapping around and a small chunk has been removed from the lip of my alloys. don't have any pics yet but i am guessing a picky MOT tested would fail the car on the bit of the tire that is flapping around. The roads in this country are in desparate need of repair. This recent heavy rain etc has made it alot worse. (and don't get me started on the draught/ possible hosepipe ban!) Anyone else had damage caused to their pride and joy by crap road surfaces?

so I have this really loud young greek couple living next door who when they fight tend to make more noise than necessary, normally id ignore it but not tonyt! soooooo iv decided to compete with them by playing on my sony surround sound system (sub against their wall) the loudest angriest death metal i can find! i personally don't listen to this genre much so any suggestions of some awesome tracks would be nice? currently playing is Dir en grey - GRIEF! tonight they will feel my scorn!
