  1. I got a spare intake and exhaust heat shield. Make me an offer
  2. I like that wish someone would make a batch of these for those who want them like me, even nicer in CF Saying that I could just buy this one dependent on how much you want for it
  3. Hmmm, spoke to act today and the part number is correct to a w58 so. The pedal feel is a bit like a sponge till about half pedal pressure then its firms up, almost like badly bled brakes. Think ill give it another bleed and see what's what, pretty sure there's a fair bit of air left in it. Just don't understand why the bite is so low
  4. I know this has been done to death but im after a second opinion on this one I carried out a manual conversion a few months back on my NA and fitted an ACT HD clutch and the bite is literaly centimetres from the bottom of the pedal. You can here the release bearing slightly grinding aswel, dont know if it will of been caused by the same issue? Anyway theres a fair bit of free play in the pedal which i thought was air, theres probly a little bit in there still so im going to bleed it again but im now thinking the pedal wants adjusting?? The actual position of the clutch pedal is noticably lower than the brake pedal, am i right in saying they should be roughly the same height? Also another quicky, ive filled the system with dot 4 motul RBF600 as i ran out of clutch fluid and been needing to pick some more up. Should be alright shouldnt it? Cheers guys

    strut brace

IMO fitting a strut bar altogether is pointless (except for the look), especially a bolted type, a welded type will probly be a lil better at reducing flex but not by much at all. It will still flex with the chassis eitherway as theres just not enough strength in the bar itself to deal with chassis flex. The only way a strut bar will work properly is if its 4 point mounted to the strut tops and a solid part of the chassis i.e the bulkhead. Think of it as an ARB. An ARB is mounted to the suspension with drop links and then bolted to the subframe which is a solid frame hard mounted to the chassis. Take away the subframe mounts and the bar is worthless as it just move with the suspension as its not mounted to a solid part of the car and cannot prevent flex. Thats as simple as i can explain it.
  10. Basicly the same tyre but a run flat im guessing? Just want it for test fitting purposes only. Wont be used on road How much?
  11. Anyone got a scrap worn tyre that they dont want anymore for a test fit? Im after a 255/40/17, preferably a p zero rosso, bridgestone re05a or a brand of similiar type! NO FALKENS! Cheers
  12. I manage a 255 on a 10" rear on 17s? How you figure that when stock 17s are 9.5j and run a 255? Its all dependent on tyre choice, actual tyre sizes vary between brands. Pirelli p-zero rosso's are huge compared to falkens of the same size
  13. Your telling me Great arse on it though
