Hmm.. I am feeling inspired... pipework not withstanding.. Top Mounted IC (on the roof that is), Two SMIC's - on the wings? and an Rear Mounted IC (tucked under the spoiler?)... RAWKS! I wonder if any Paintshop/Photoshop specialists could mock me up a concept drawing of that potential badassed charge cooling maniac!!! ;);):D

Seriously, it's stuff like this that makes life interesting. We can't all like the same things, I don't like the Veilside kit, some people love it, Lambo doors - well I like the look of em, but nobody else likes them (and they really do break from the design) and they have practicality issues (plus my chap at the local garage has nothing but bad will for them after installing some in the past and them giving nothing but headaches). I have only ever seen this type of FMIC install on rather tasteless looking Novas.

Extreme MODs - that *Massive* turbo installed by some American Supra.. err Pioneers (with too much money and free time) posted some time ago is my idea of fun extreme modding ;)

Widening or lenghening (ooer) bespoke body kits are cool, also front tilting all in one piece bonnets are pretty funky (not too many about).

More power to you for doing something - erm... different :) Some serious practical issues to think about, maybe you can get the FMIC relocated if you find the afore mentioned issues rearing their ugly heads. How about something else to make the car stand out?

Edit: P.S. I really think it is not a look that appeals to my tastes :)

Off topic: i like the doors, i think to people that dont know they are flimsy they look great! TBH i think your car is ok (im not into body kits though) However, please put the FMIC where its meant to me.

Apart from it being ugly it could be the difference between life and death of someones little girl....think about it, its not all about looks (however bad they are ;)

Has anyone done a completely transparent body kit yet?

Nope, cause it would look horrible.

You'll need to be careful come MOT time, I know of testers that would fail it in an instant.

See the box on the bottom right, its quite relevent, particularly to your external dump valve.

Its not down to damage or corrosion therfore its fine?!?!?!?

I know ;) I was kinda making a sarcy point :D I am fully aware of all the unpleasantness that body panels hide ;) A bit like all that friggin spaghetti behind your pimp entertainment system you reeeaallly wish you had the time to tidy up and hide, but you just got everything working and don't want to touch it :D
