I don't think there red needles, its most probably intelliglow needles.. Its just the standard dial needle with a red bulb in the back of the dial cluster, makes it look really red at night. As the non-turbo's have a battery guage instead of the turbo guage and the auto's have the selector lights at the bottom of the rev counter.
