Thats going to looks really smart

Cheers, I am smiling at the moment

The iPhone camera really didn't like the bright light and the lightness of the workshop

did they paint the car with the doors fitted?

As far as I know they were off the car, they are laid out Striped and painted, just not in the pics

It still needs flattening and polishing, they were just going over a few bits and pieces and doing a bit to the front bumper

I have not seen the complete picture yet

Looking good, bet you can't wait to get it back now :-)

That's a huge understatement, I have not driven it for 6 weeks now and really cant wait to get it all together and out in the sun:cool:

Wow it's going to be ready for the Dragonball!! That's brilliant news :) I honestly thought you were going to miss it :D The car is looking great, be good to see it in the flesh in a few days time :)

Although it's looking like I will make the Dragonba11, I am not counting my chickens yet

Looking very nice, and think you might have tempted me with this one Rog!

You can't do widearch the same way I have, I need some time to be the only one with this kit ;)

I really hope they get it all sorted in time Rog, it would be amazing to see it on Dragonba11. :)

If you need any help putting things together, then we can do it on train en-route! :D

It's looking good at the moment

As for sorting things on the train, hopefully that won't be necessary, as we have a 5 hour trip to the train

Have they painted it with the windows in, Yeh?

Glass wasn't removed mate, but that was my choice due to my budget, they lifted and tucked all the rubbers, so the paint goes under them, they even laquered the quarter light rubbers to give them a nice gloss finish

This build was originally a quick 1 week job for under £700, but due to a problem with parts I supplied, we had to totally change route with no notice.

I also had to magically find a lot more money.

ShellShocked have been excellent thoughout and had the oportunity to rip me off really as they had my car in bits and could of given me any price they wanted, but they have done totally the opposite.

They are doing the whole build at a ridiculously cheap price, as they new I was blowing my budget out the window, at know time have they cut corners, in fact again the opposite, with Jason suggesting things to me they could do extra to make it that bit better, at no time has the price gone up for these little bits and pieces

I have been really impressed with ShellShocked all the way through the process and I sure Blackie would give the same sort of praise, this build has really been done on a very small budget considering the amount of work

I am not going to say the prices involved at this point, as I am not sure how much the price is compared to thee normal prices (as in they took pity on me)

Those front arches look brilliant! Fingers crossed for you that she comes back soon.

The amount of work that has gone into the front arches is unbelieveable, they have managed to get them exactly how I wanted them (image that I had in my head), again a real credit to ShellShocked and especially Jason who has done nearly all the work

Big to you guys if you ever see this:thumbs:

I feel the same way when people ask me what front lip is it I've just fitted, I don't like telling them as I want to be the only one on the club with it :( :D

b;3104365']Looking forward to the post containing the words:

"Well here it is" :D

Remember the exciting part of going to pick mine up on the day it could come back, very :yahoo:

Just spoken to them on the phone to get a update and they are flatening back as we speak, so still looking like around 5-6 o'clock collection

Make sure you do get some pics lol. I cant wait to see it and its not even mine.

How's yours coming along ?

I guess the advantage I have is they can't match my look without a lot of work and cost, but I guess it will happen eventually, as it seems to be working
