I would get his reg and then contact the organisers, this is very strictly invite only, so make sure they know you are coming. It clearly said at the bottom of my email that it was not transferable I would hate for you to get there and not be allowed in

I have been told today that they expect to get the Invites out in the next couple of days At this stage they are hoping to forfill all of the people that filled out the application, but they are just mapping out space to be certain before sending the conformation invites So keep watching your in boxes:blink::blink:

See you Sunday My plan at the moment is to meet at Exeter Services as normal for the South West lot and leave at 5.30am, then drive non stop to Morrison's ( 2 hours ish ) near Hythe to meet members from other areas at 7.30am I don't want to stop and meet at lots of points on the way up, as we are already getting up early for distance reasons, but if anyone is going to be on route pm me and we can try and work out a rough time we will be passing a point where you can join the convoy at without stopping I will also put my Mobile number in the Pm for payment, so everyone has a way

Okay everyone I have some bad news, either I misunderstood/misread or something was not well written on the listing, but the wording has now been changed on the website, after I phoned and pointed out after receiving an email with prices per person listed in it. Anyway the bad news is the £10 is only covering Driver and Japanese car Additional passengers are an extra £10 per person £5 Child prices apply to children aged 5-17 inclusive. Under 5s go free! I am really sorry about this, I have only just found out via an email and a phone call today If anyone wants to drop out
