    Headlight Rings

ive got dimensions, il make up some rings now. they `may` need modifying further as underneth a flat is required to insert, this could be part of the machine process. gonna knock up some manufacturing drawings, send some emails and address it further when i get a reponse. how much would these be worth? need some ideas to discuss with companies otherwise they will just name their price.
  2. Ok, pre cat sensors are a different matter mate. I've looked into this further, found this as well: http://www.performancemotorresearch.co.nz/forum/showthread.php?t=1470 Also, my downpipe 2jzge has two o2 sensors in it. As you are using the stock ECU, you need to keep both sensors. Emanage doesnt work like a standalone, AEM would mean you could only use 1 sensor. I would extend wire, it seem's there's no easy way around it.

    Headlight Rings

Ive been a bit slack with these I admit. I've been a bit mad with Uni work and as soon as I get in its mostly coursework. When I get home, I'll get in the shed ad start getting some dimensions and make this happen.
  4. cable tied exhaust... smell or no smell you want to get that sorted dude
  5. what i think that's saying, is the second sensor relating to cat emissions is not required. i wouldnt run 2 outputs from 1 sensor, that would probably adjust the output from the sensor if the ecu has any adjustment on the sensors voltage/current for each input.
  6. "A New Role for O2 Sensors with OBDII Starting with a few vehicles in 1994 and 1995, and all 1996 and newer vehicles, the number of oxygen sensors per engine has doubled. A second oxygen sensor is now used downstream of the catalytic converter to monitor the converter's operating efficiency. On V6 or V8 engines with dual exhausts, this means up to four O2 sensors (one for each cylinder bank and one after each converter) may be used. The OBDII system is designed to monitor the emissions performance of the engine. This includes keeping an eye on anything that might cause emissions to increase. The OBDII system compares the oxygen level readings of the O2 sensors before and after the converter to see if the converter is reducing the pollutants in the exhaust. If it sees little or no change in oxygen level readings, it means the converter is not working properly. This will cause the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) to come on. "
  7. Was just about to say about this. Get a hybrid box, reliability and leaves room for a TT or NA-T future

    Paul brown cars?

can't you get a professional check on cars? I know rac do a basic check to help you buy a car, isn't there a more advanced check? only way to get back confidence is to get a handful of cars probably inspected (cars voted by other people).
  9. your made to spend much more on the NA if your looking for a TT. be best to get a run about.some nice TTs on the marketmate. shame cuz your NA is mint

    Paul brown cars?

Excuse you from what, all you've done is post a few pictures and answer un-asked questions? Forum is to share knowledge, you've not shared much more than photos. Avoiding questions is just going to ruin any positive comments.

    Paul brown cars?

I think if the questions are not answered, further reviews will only get worst.

  18. I thought you'd tracked your's alot dave? It looks like you track it every time you go out for a drive
  19. Parry's shell would be an awesome idea. Widearch ready to go!
  20. Interior is looking really nice dude! Apart from the laughing girls that's a great shot. I think you should spray the afr gauge bezel matt black. It looks a bit out of place being gloss black. I done mine matt black and think it look's loads better. Some polished heater knobs would also set it off nicely
