  1. Side lights usually are the only relay trigger your need to turn on the fog lights. I've seen loads of bell-enders using side lights with fog lights, so I know the range spreads to other models as well as the car's I've already owned. I expect this is due to a certain times of the day, you can drive without needing lights, dusk for example, BUT in fog you may consider using your fog light (rear) and therefore they both run off the same relay, allowing you to use your fronts to look uber coolio. It's not always benificial to use dipped or main beam in the fog like most of us know, main beam being a more obvious example.
  2. TRD bumper looks nice. http://jalopnik.com/assets/resources/2008/03/bollea-supra-top.jpg
  3. side lights on for fog#s to appear unless it's been wired different to standard fog light installations. anyway, back to crazy button ideas. i reckon a prop comes out the back and allows for water motoring. imagining being over took by a 2jZ while your out for a swim with your new arm bands!
  4. Machine guns? Change the fuse, if it's gone the gun's wont appear.
  5. Well deserved mate. This goes to show that awesome'ness is not measured in width but in content
  6. dump valve for sale lol, about the only thing probably still working
  7. Usually takes more than just under 4 hours for a reply to something so custom. usually people just buy wider front wings. Your question is very specific, give it time dude.
  8. Knight racer had a bad rep, most of their stuff fits pretty good now. if your size it up, and it doesnt fit, send it back, purchase it through ebay and say your not happy. easiest option.
  9. Yea dude I know what your saying and I 100% think our right. But I'm just trying to think of it like resistance in a circuit. Flow of water in a pipe at the same pressure will move more water having a higher flow rate with less resistance in the pipe but yes, you could have over kill for sure.
  10. I'm not an expert mate! Just what I've read from people pushing big power. I'm struggling to find a 4.5" downpipe so i may have to put up with a 4". but have a 4.5" system from Darett which is from the downpipe, so midpipe is 4.5 as well. Power can be reached without a big system though, its not all about exhaust width. but more PSI will be needed if the flow is restrained at any rate. psi does not directly indicate power, flow, restriction and volume change with modifications. a psi at any given rate will be more power or less power depending how much flow at that pressure you can have. Strong statement dude, 3" has `no` restriction. If a 3" doesn't cause an issue up to 600hp then theres still enough back pressure to be noted above 800hp with a 3". Even if it's the smallest amount of reduction, it gives you room for improvement later on rather than being like me, own a supra for 2 years and be on your third exhaust. 3" may do 600hp fine, but looking at the flow of exhaust gases being improved with a bigger system in pretty much any engine, it would definitely be more bhp on the same psi as flow would increase would it not? not saying alot, maybe even as small as 0.5hp, but the point is more flow must increase power. if 3" did indeed have `no` restriction i wouldnt bother going bigger and you would be right, there wouldnt be any point. jamiep done ok with his setup, and he once said he tries to use the biggest pipe he can. we are all hungry power tuners after all, that extra 5hp may be enough to satisfy your target. i aimed for 400 and it's anonyed the hell out of me. when i get a remap i want to make sure i am well pass my previous, so why not be generous with helping flow in and out the engine? i could be wrong im just trying to consider how an engine works and try and get the best for what i can afford without swapping my engine. for every mod, i want to try and make sure it's the best choice i can afford and get the most from it. im still new to all this and go on what ive read and seen, by no means am i an expert and could indeed be talking nonsense matey
  11. Buy a 4" ECV, that solves any noise issue your have. I've bought a 4.5" exhaust system. I doubt I'll go above 700hp. I'm hoping I'll reach it much easier. If engines need flow in and flow out, then improving either will definitely help. It may not be `required` or something that holds decent power back, but if better flow in any engine help's more power then go as big as you can afford.
  12. 50/50 vs 25/75, 25% water or meth?

  14. sort your bonnet out! could you not get some temp resistant plastic on there to save weight, rather than weld metal. - - - Updated - - - almost the same sort of stuff i made my diffuser from. i have some material spec sheets if you wanted.
  15. gaz your third mate. anyone you want to thank for this lovely moment?
  16. GET IN! I'm rated 2nd! listy your rubbish mate, sorry but your out this competition!
  17. i have to hold my judgement on the fact this may be an incorrect part title? https://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=jack%20knight%20bumper&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=falkUOiaDqTX0QXa_IHQBA&biw=1536&bih=747&sei=f6lkUIzFO-LO0QXSoIDQDQ
  18. Not if you prep the pipework first, as your use a gasket anyway?
  19. if you cut the pipe off, it will fit. but you mentioned a gap between the two?
  20. Get some photos up mate. You may have to weld on some pipe and use the flange I sent you onto the newly welded pipe to extend it. Sound's like the cat has one of those slip and clamp type joiner's rather than 2 bolt flange which all stock systems usually run.
  21. Have indeed mate. Can do you some awesome prices as well What you after? I'm hoping to get some headlight rings soon, and in the next week or so get some dimmer knobs made. AC surrounds and Heater control ring surrounds seem to be the current favourite. Also got a large collection of Supra logo bottle openers
  22. Isn't white smoke turbo's? Maybe someone wee'd in your fuel tank mate.
