  1. Taken the seats out of the car as no good with harnesses and race buckets! No rips or tears http://tapatalk.com/mu/5ac6364d-b8da-3652.jpg http://tapatalk.com/mu/5ac6364d-b8ed-b207.jpg Probably need to be collected. Can meet on M1, M6, A1 corridors or can arrange to get them to Enfield. Offers as not too sure what the going rate is.
  2. Hi fella, I have a front mount going on but it might be a month or so before this happens. Not sure on fin condition but it is certainly working ok. Let me know if you can wait.
  3. Isn't that a Trial rear bumper in the link? Diffuser is part of the bumper. Whifbitz do a diffuser in carbon or FRP if you have deep pockets.
  4. Great looking car. Welcome.
  5. Mine still clocks up in km though the speedo in now mph. I think with cars the age of these you either get proof major items such as cambelt and fluids have been recently changed, otherwise change when you purchase. A car that has done 60 k miles could be in worse condition mechanically that one that has done 100 k miles. Buy on condition.
  6. I admire you for this. I don't think I could do it. Might be an idea to go through all the CRB checks first and then maybe see if you can do a bit of volunteer work to see how you like it before taking the plunge. This will also give you the chance to talk to professionals about the good and the bad sides. You can also see how they got into the work. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
  7. Refreshing in this day and age to see someone so passionate about how they pay the bills. Well done fella.
  8. People may or may not agree with their basic principles. Similar I guess to the BNP. As with all extremists, they are far too um...........extreme. Any reason for asking?
  9. I bought some Sealey stuff from Tooled Up. Have been fine for my amateur use and they were very competitively priced at the time. Might be worth a look?
  10. Already rear wheel drive.
  11. Hi Luc, great results ! Have you not changed those rear Tyres yet?
  12. There is a really cheap and simple way to defeat the electronic security but I couldn't possibly divulge it! It's what I do for a living, most seasoned shop lifters will also know but hope we don't get any of them on here!
  13. For me it's Ridox. http://tapatalk.com/mu/5ac6366d-d238-c251.jpg
  14. Not sure about relative strengths but have read elsewhere on here that to remove the sump you have to lift the engine! Good luck getting it sorted.
  15. Same here bud, when I'm in the office (at home!!). Time to form Supra Anonymous? Hi, my name is xxxxxx and I've been additcted to Supras for x years........... Fill in the blanks as required
  16. Why not try painting the mesh black first? See what you think then. Quick and simple to do with a similar effect to the one shown in the picture.
  17. Excellent news. Can't wait to have a radio again.
  18. Photos below. Not the best quality. Off my iPhone.
  19. Don't Richbrook wheels have a different hole pattern / spacing to the OMP Sparco Momo fitment?
  20. Reading all this fills me with a lack of joy. Got to do mine when I get round to it!
  21. By the way, my Whifbitz special has now moved to the 12th May. My fault due to work commitments. The first engine related mod is getting closer. Might be the first road use Sup in the UK to have this!
  22. Will get some pics up tomorrow. Mark, it will be a track biased car but still suitable for street use. No point in lugging round the rear seats when they can't be used. Not sure if the wheel is genuine OMP but feels nice. If you get sweaty palms you might find they have gone a little black tinted!!!!!
  23. Just an update on the latest bits and pieces done. In the end I bolted on the towing eye rather than welding it. Investigated poor sound from the rear speakers and the outer portion of both speakers had completely fallen apart. Replaced these with some Halfrauds cheapies so at least have some sounds for longer trips. Next up I removed the rear wiper as I do not intend using the car if it's wet. Removed the tinting from the rear screen a few weeks ago as it was starting to flake. Unless I can get all the adhesive off the rear screen after removing the tint film I may get a plastic window fitted, in which case the wiper would have to go anyway. Fitted a rubber grommet and sealed it with silicone. I then turned my attention to the rear seats and seat belts. All now removed and sourced some carpet from eBay that should be coming in a few days to cover the bare metal left behind. Sure it's going to be fun getting the carpet right!
  24. Have a safe trip over Luc and hope all goes well with the mapping.
