  1. You cant get more accurate, right at the hottest part of the engine
  2. 760 is pretty high on cruise, where is the probe located?
  3. Its in the exhaust manifold... By running a log manifold you're looking for a quick spool, but ultimately you'll be power limited because of it. EGTs build because you cant get rid of the exhaust gasses, which a tube manifold does well. On cruise you're EGTs will be much lower because youre burning much less fuel, EGTs only really come into play at WOT and repeated, long high load pulls. In the real world they're not much of an issue
  4. 600whp is over 700 actual hp, that needs a big turbo which will be laggy. Why not aim for 550/600 actual hp, minimise the lag but still have a very fast car
  5. Welcome to the club Wheres all the rust then??
  6. Trying to install an engine il cooler, planned to put it under the headlight but it interferes with the intercooler pipework. Need some inspiration, show me what you have
  7. Nice looking car mate, good luck
  8. Same guy selling the foot rest for 60 euros?
  9. Whats did they sell for?
  10. The bottom frame under the radiator is another good place
  11. Get a new oil pump from Toyota, no sense in getting anything else
  12. Low brake fluid is a favourite
  13. What I really want to know is, what the cars ACTUALLY sell for. For some reason that never gets disclosed
  14. Basically buying that for the VIN plate
  15. Regular changes are far more important than what brand of oil used, I use whatever is on offer at Halfords, but change every 3k
  16. The difference in feel between a 1JZ and a 2JZ is incredible despite being basically the same engine
  17. Its not heater matrix as a) its not leaking and b) youre getting heat
  18. Repeated launches at your expense inbound!
  19. If your car has HID headlights, it is a legal requirement to have headlight washers. Its part of the MOT
  20. Theres 4 on the turbo side, 2 on no1 turbo and 2 at the rear on the intake pipework
  21. TTC bypasses the whole system, opens all the valves. All it proves is both turbos are working fine, as a few of us said, just get an IACV VSV and replace it, theyre very cheap, about 80 quid last time I bought one. Its not any faster just seems so because of the lag
  22. Not been on there for a loooong time! Lol
