  1. Fantastic wheels, good luck with the sale
  2. I remember the story, name and shame!!
  3. Bottom line is its your car, whatever makes you happy is what goes. The market is hot for standard cars so a stock UK spec, headlight washers and all is very much in demand. Personally Ive always preferred stock body
  4. As above, stock wheels with proper sidewall tyres will improve your ride no end
  5. Every day is a school day
  6. Fenders? Front wings? I don't think theres any difference between pre and post facelift wings
  7. Probably going to be the AICV VSV, common problem. But get rid of the dump valve anyway, they sound shit
  8. Another person who wants something for nothing. Those days are loooooong gone.
  9. Whifbitz used to do off the shelf forged exchange engines, not sure if they still do
  10. You can have it for nothing, just send me some cash for postage
  11. Ive got a TT auto diff, with Kaaz 1.5 way internals
  12. Ah thats cool, I was worried that the mileage might have been chopped to raise the price
  13. Who was the importer? What was the guy in the UK's name? Oh and welcome
  14. Love those GReddy brakes, class. And the old Axis/Dare Hiro's always look good on a Supra. How did you get the output onto the screen? OBD connector?
  15. Can’t believe it’s been over a year since the last update!! I’ve got a job back home now, so been doing bits, just had a week off and made big progress! In fact it’s not that far from mapping. ive got it started and idling on the Link, only really a few details to wrap up!
  16. A) Im in Lincoln if anybody wants me to have a look for them B) You're dreaming for 20k
  17. Also is the drain mounted vertically, is the path back to the sump a straight a line as possible etc etc. Some more reading for you :- https://www.precisionturbo.net/tech/PDFs/PTE-turbocharger-install-recommendations.pdf
  18. Thats your problem, you NEED a restrictor in the oil feed to a BB turbo
  19. If you think you have an issue, pull the gearbox error codes, that will tell you if you have a duff solenoid
  20. If the return is big enough and the system clean enough it should never block, my brother had a smoking issue on a new turbo once, turns out there was a piece of plastic wrapping stuck in the drain, causing enough back pressure to leak past the seals once pressure built up. The PRV in the oil pump should be sufficient to manage oil pressure throughout the system, the only thing that controls the pressure in the turbo is the size of the restrictor (in a ball bearing turbo), BB turbos require less oil pressure than a journal bearing turbo. Providing you have the right size restrictor and the right size drain gasket, you will have no issues.
