    Something like that, but those are single layer silicon, I wouldn't trust them holding the pressure of a coolant pump at 8000rpm.

    Hi Guys I'm looking for some sort of cap to block off a coolant pipe. I need to block off a coolant pipe and wondered if there was anything avaliable like a silicon/rubber cap that can be slid over and clamped down with a jubilee. Cheers John

    Use thermo sleeve Shane. You can get it from eBay. It's not cheap but by far the best stuff on the market today.
