Carbon bonnet dampers which only just work due to the weight of the bonnet.

Beginning to like this and I don't normally like large changes of shape/style. Looks like a corvette going backwards.

Hahaha that's cool.

If you ever get to see it in person Annabella then you will like it even more. Pics don't do it justice. Much better in the flesh :)

this is the ugliest supra (kit) ive ever seen but massive respect for the work gone into it mate

Yea I know a lot of people

Don't like it but as I always say the car is for me and not other people but the work in the car itself is crazy.

Thanks though haha

So more progress

The exhaust has been done although it was a nightmare.

Sits a bit to low and I know I'm gonna scrape it.

Custom exhaust to fit around the fuel tank.

4" down pipe wrapped in titanium exhaust wrap to the titanium exhaust. 4 " straight through with 4" tip[emoji51][emoji16][emoji51][emoji23] gonna be rather loud.

image

image

image

The flat under trays have been fitted although the rear one is a bit to heavy so left it off.

image

The custom fuel fillers are being redone to fit properly and welded in place.

Battery relocation pretty much done.

image

Fuel lines and pump are also in place.

Just waiting on a top hard pipe to come from Mr R M Polishing then hopefully she will be started this week for the first time in many many years. Aaahhhh

I have also sent down my alu spark cover to R M Polishing and have given him free reign to do what he will to it.

I have no idea what he is doing so nervous but excited :)

Hks ssbov fitted hidden away under N/S head light.

image

Front license flipper fitted. Hopefully I won't rip it off :/

image

image

Top rad pipe fitted, nice pic of engine bay. Cannot wait for the spark plug cover to go on. Will set it off.

image

Carbon fiber blanking plates fitted with the cal switches and heated seats switches in situe. Toucan display also nice and flush.

image

image

Re doing the fuel filler pipes as they didn't sit correctly so have a new angle going on

image

The fill caps I found sit nicely.

image

We are nearing completion for road worthiness soon and hopefully she will be started for the first time in many many years tommorow. Hopefully :-/

I saw this car when it was delivered to Srd before you brought it I honestly thought it would never get finished , some serious man hours to get it complete great work [emoji106]

Thanks mate. Did most of it myself until I didn't have time or equipment so getting someone else to do. Hours they have put in alone are incredible. :/

That number plate flipper is same as mine, it's asking for trouble down there lol.

Right, nearing the time.

HID 6k all round with custom indicators.

image

image

image

Washer jets placed in carbon scuttle plate, wiper arms refurbished with new wiper blades.

image

image

Fuel tank complete at last. Return line and breather pipes placed in the top. Changed the angle of the fuel filler pipes to how it looks.

New battery relocated to boot. Love how this looks. But still needs a carpet and a install.

image

And just a nice pic of how she sits. Looks really good :)

So she is home. Just tinkering now to get her perfect but it's been over two years since I started the continuation build and close to 9 years since before the build started.

Well happy. Just a few more things to tinker with now and will be perfect. :)
