Branners Posted May 31, 2012 Author Share Posted May 31, 2012 We have thought about doing limited run tickets in the past, but we pay for a set number of competitors, 100 in this case, and if we fill that up with people paying £20 for 3 runs then we would not break even, even if we sold all the tickets. If the event is not too busy we sometimes offer afternoon tickets on the day, but I cannot guarantee that and would not suggest anybody holds out for that, especially with Sky taking 30 spaces. Big thanks to everybody for your understand on this change to how it runs. I personally like to see all sorts at these events, and this might just give us what we need. That has totally cleared that up then as I never realised you could only have 100 cars full stop as I thought you had a 100 car all day limit with possibly the opportunity for some limited runs to maximise the income.
