it looks far better in person as you cant really tell its flocked from the pictures and when the seats go in next weekend the whole red thing comes together.

I think the dash panels would look far better all flocked in red. Would come together much nicer than red/carbon. Even red/black would be better. It's the pattern of the carbon and the lack of pattern on the red that is clashing so much for me.

Getting there though :)

what an absolutely brilliant project. forget the car for a minute, mate well done for all your hard work. im a really hands on guy like yourself and i know how much grief you must have gone through. you have brilliant skills and your car is proof of that. very very well done, you deserve a pat on the back on honestly IMO you have one of the best build threads i have seen.

congratulations on building an absolutely stunning motor.

Looks great, I like others had doubts at the start, but credit where credit is due. Not keen on the mirrors but thats just a personal thing. Looking forward to the finished project and some pics to do it justice :)

Just realised I hadn't posted in this thread. At first I thought this would be a disaster but the outcome is stunning.....

I was only thinking earlier that you hadn't posted. Glad you're here now, disaster averted ;)
