  1. I think you might find the warranty expires on the replacement battery so check that. The ctek is definitely the way to go and Halfords sell them, approx £50
  2. I used to leave mine for long periods and the battery was fine, think 6 weeks was around the longest without it being touched and it still fired the car up and worked as it should It would pay you to get a CTEK charger
  3. I prefer a bacon & egg bap/sandwich anyway but a touch too far to drive, i'll have to get my own frying pan out now and go shopping
  4. It would pay to check out your car before you fit another, batteries rarely fail so quickly these days
  5. Open a dispute in the dispute section
  6. Afraid i sold my supra in April and it now lives in France. It was a UK spec auto at BPU with around 420 hp for over 10 years, it did a few track days as well on stock brakes with no issues, the only mods on the brakes were Goodridge braided lines and i used MOTUL RBF 600 brake fluid
  7. I'd still fit o/e with o/e pads, they're a proven product and do exactly what they're supposed to very well, in 15 yrs of mkiv ownership i've never felt the need to use anything else.
  8. More than likely but try other suppliers first as Halfords aren't usually very cheap unless you have a trade card
  9. Hi and welcome Be careful what and where you buy from
  10. The ones you linked to could well be fine but theres no manufacturer listed so for that reason alone i'd find something else. Try your local motorfactors and see what they can offer you, a plain non drilled or grooved disc will be fine and won't suffer cracking like a lot of cheap drilled discs do
  11. Im glad its for a good cause and i'll bid a tenner for it just so i can burn it
  12. Well they're not designed to oe specs as the advert states as oe aren't drilled or grooved. I personally don't risk buying unknown ebay parts when it comes to brakes You'll find the rears do over 40% of the braking too so just not worth it
  13. If you can't find anything get the geo looked at
  14. Agreed but i think some will that actually have the correct wing profile and if its the right way up and set at an angle where it doesn't stall
  15. Obvioulsy doesn't understand how wings work
  16. Hitting things that don't move is never a good thing no matter what your in Hope the guy recovers
  17. The fronts should clear, mine were 255 35 19 on the front which is 7mm in diameter bigger than yours, mine just caught the plastic wheel arch trim that sits in front of the wheel but only on full lock, arrowed in yellow
  18. Indeed they are which i'd forgot about which will obviously affect the caster, on the top of the arm its cast into it with an L or R which you can see in my photo

Hi I guess your enjoying the cricket this year
  20. I don't see how the lower wishbones could be fitted incorrectly. Like i said im not sure how much adjustment is on the caster eccentrics on the supra but recently on my Landcruiser i had a similar problem but with just one front wheel being about 15mm out compared to the other side which was down to the caster being fully adjusted the wrong way Seems funny its on both sides which kind of rules out anythings bent but its obviously wrong which you'd think will show up in a wheel alignment check It looks way out but if you moved the wheels back 15-20mm it wouldn't be far off putting the wheel in the center of the arch like it is on my car
