  1. Get a CTEK battery charger on it, they're only £50 or there abouts
  2. Take the coil packs off or if its an na remove the rotor arm
  3. I've done it before with no problems, just do it on level ground
  4. If its the original rad its 20 years old, i wouldn't waste any money keeping the old core and just buy a new one, either o/e or a known quality aluminium one
  5. If it is loud and you live near it its no fun, nice to see your doing something about it
  6. Second hand o/e bonnets are worthless for some reason, i threw a perfectly good jap spec in the skip as nobody wanted it, i only wanted £50 for it
  7. Either jap or uk, both are way better than poorly fitting floppy custom bonnets.
  8. It would concern me that the stock catches could rip out the bonnet and then its scrap inc screen and potential roof damage. Some bonnet catches are req i think
  9. Quite a good honest advert though, just needs better less arty photos
  10. Yes they're the caster adjusters so my apologies but I still thought mine on both camber and caster rotated all the way though, the only thing stopping this is the slot in the chassis the bolt slides left or right in I wonder if the slots in mine had been modified to get more camber ? Quite easy to do once the arms removed
  11. Mine did and pretty much looks like the ones in the photos i posted do too
  12. New radiator would be best but be careful what you buy as there's plenty of cheap crap that looks nice but isn't as good as an O/E rad from Toyota Quite a lot is advertised as uprated but i very much doubt a lot of it is.
  13. If you have already changed the bushes from o/e to super pro then it wont be the adjusters seized in the o/e bush which is what i suffered with my car which tore the rubber bush as its and all in one bush I don't get why it wont rotate all the way round or undo the eccentric adjuster and knock it out of the bush, the only thing it can seize in is the bush but i thought the super pros used separate inner sleeves
  14. These adjusters don't really wear out as they only move once when being adjusted then are locked up solid for long periods of time. They seize up though, can you rotate yours all the way round in a full circle ? If not it could be seized inside the bush and the bush rubber could be torn, if it is you'll need a new arm as well as new adjusters. On the front bottom arms the two adjusters adjust the camber and the caster
  15. Sorry mate i'm not quite getting what you mean. You can only get so much movement either way due to the washer being eccentric, you can turn it and turn it and it won't make any difference. This one is on its max setting pushing the arm out as far as it will go, if you rotate this 180 degrees or half a turn it will pull the arm in as far as it will go.
  16. What do you mean it just spins, this is what they do and as they rotate the eccentric washer pushes against a raised part on the subframe which moves the arm in or out.
  17. I know its in tolerance but you have half a degree difference on the front camber, i'd want it nearer than that if it were my car.
  18. So they either got it wrong or its moved Did you get the figures they set the car too ?
  19. Wet vac the carpet then dry it out properly then clean the rest of the car properly Get a tin of aircon cleaner from Halfords (Comma) or local motor factors, i do all my cars with this and they kill all the bugs in the vents etc in the dash.
  20. If it looks different then the next step is to get it on a laser tracking machine and see what the numbers are. Dialing in more camber to get incorrect wheel offsets etc to fit isn't really the best way to fix the problem, it could even be there's too much camber on the side that doesn't catch in which case you'll need thinner spacers or as i said machine down the ones you have
