  1. Thinking of replacing my wastegate, anyone tried the Synapse ? http://www.synapseengineering.com/ http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0705_turp_synchronic_wastegate/index.html Thinking of giving one a try
  2. Never got round to sending my dead xbox off, so went and bought a new one Saturday However, seem to have lost everything so having to start from scratch Once I'm a bit further in I'll come join in There's someone on here that I have to show up .... again
  3. Great effort mate, it's coming on really well Look forward to working with you
  4. Nice one mate Really must send my xbox off, got the three red lights of death months ago and just never sent it off Do miss Forza
  5. Whizz it back Nell, we'll get Dude to work his magic. The problem on the open day was the coolant temp sensor connector, so totally unrelated
  6. I love that your weight training room has a comfy chair, tv, dvd player, stereo and dvds. 'I'm just going to the weights room honey'
  7. It's been ..... emotional to say the least ! Those that know Jeff will confirm he is one of the nicest lads you'll meet, and we've tried to do our best for him. But if he didn't have bad luck he'd have none at all !!! One thing I have learnt though is if your J-Spec turbos are knackered, don't presume it's due to age, check the oil pressure. The stock pressure warning light must come on at a very low level. And if you are thinking of what gauges to put in the car, Oil Pressure should be right up on the list !!! Anyway, the car looked lovely this morning and save for the 1st oil change and social events, I hope not to see Jeff for a while Oh, and White is definitely the new black
  8. Couldn't agree more, but that's my personal preference
  9. Oh no mate John might be able to lay his hands on a set, will ask him tomorrow as he's not in today
  10. Blimey, bit naughty - although flattering Was a very good picture by Jay
  11. Some kids can clearly cope with processed sugars better than others. Our first just couldn't take sugar, we tried it - we gave him some sweets of some kind and he returned to normal 4 hours later. In that time he was pinging off the walls, disobedient, you couldn't talk to him - the dude was wired ! Ozzy is much better with sugars, but they are still very much limited in the amounts they have. I know what you mean though, many today are like Homer's parents in the Simpsons 'is there nothing you can do for us Doc ? We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas' I often see kids with 'ADHD' and wonder if they would still have it with correct diet, exercise and discipline.
  12. Ah thanks Col, will be appreciated mate
  13. Yeah I wanted to come too mate, but Dude and I didn't leave the workshop til 8:30 tonight Glad it went well though
  14. A272 Billingshurst to Petersfield, lovely country road with nice sweeping bends - always a nice drive to Thruxton
  15. Dude and I are hoping to make an appearance, did someone say samosas
  16. I own a single supra and a reasonably modified R32 GTR. The problem is that they are quite different cars, so you need to drive both really. I have to admit that at the moment, I can't get enough of the 32, it's great fun
  17. This is the thread when I did mine, you dont have to mount the sub upside down like me http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=32962
  18. I know Dave Ah well, I'm totally decided
  19. You're not wrong mate, mapped one last week to 235bhp and I drove that one after - even that torque steered like mad
  20. Just thought I'd drag this back up as I've FINALLY agreed on a design. Wanted one for years but have waited until I found a design I'm happy with. So, this is going on my back soon, off to see the tattooist tomorrow http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/4813/quickflightchangesmall.jpg Gonna have a couple of changes made, but that's essentially it. First tattoo aswell, none of this starting small
  21. Blimey, thoroughly impressed with that ! Does remind me of junior kickstart tho
  22. We're seeing more and more Starlets for mapping, but today I mapped one that made.....ready for it ? 438fwhp Not bad for a 1.5 Apparently the UKs most powerful. Cracking little motors Toyota really did make some good engines, the 3SGTE is a great engine, we all know how good the 2JZ is, the black and silvertop 4AGEs on ITBs etc and these little Starlets make damn good power for what they are. Plenty of other good motors came out of the Toyota stable too
  23. Muffleman

  24. Might have to call them instead of the online system
