  1. Glad you're happy mate, makes a difference having all the engineering facilities on site, chemical washes, vapour blaster, seat cutting machine etc etc
  2. My Supra will still be in TOTB mode, so either setup for drag racing or in many bits If I can sort a trailer then I'll sign up
  3. Very nice What colour is it ? And don't say orange
  4. Nah not sorted one yet, will get it sorted this weekend mate
  5. Yep, tis a horrible job, damn uncomfortable too plus I always seem to burn myself with the soldering iron
  6. Form and cheque went off in time, but I have emailed Chris tonight to ask for confirmation. Definitely put mkivsupra.net on the form.
  7. Before I go and book the wrong hotel for the saturday night piss up last minute team briefing, is this the right one ? http://www.premierinn.com/pti/pTiibsRedirect.do?INNID=GOOGOO&iscsell=true Is that where most competitors stay ?
  8. Your Caddy vs. my Carina it is then
  9. Suspect my car will be in TOTB mode, but if not then I'll come
  10. Be good to have you up there mate Be a real shame mate, hopefully tomorrow is another day and you change your mind ??? Fingers crossed
  11. Was a great day, thanks again Steve Sorry I left at lunchtime, but needed to give someone a hand with something. Which BMW was it ? The red one or the grey one ? Definitely getting the Falkens off the rear of my car, they're hopeless

    Errr...

Are these guys for real !!! No it's okay everyone, don't panic..... On a serious note though, these guys are absolutely nuts. Haven't read a lot, but one guy reckons his father used to discipline his wife by punching her in the stomach whilst pregnant. That way the wife and child were punished. Men Persons like this shouldn't be permitted life priveleges such as a wife, or a child. It's clear they are abusing such a privelege.
  13. Dunno what you lot are worried about, I'm coming in my Datsun Bluebird with it's measly 2.6 twin turbo engine Actually meant to geo it this week but never got chance. Ah well, it'll be a good day out
  14. Had my first one today, not the big dragon on my back but this on my shoulder down to bicep. http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/6312/dragonvjb.jpg Was originally booked for 2½ hours, but the appointment after me cancelled so we carried on. It's all done except for the eye bit which will be in blue and not orange. Will post a pic when it's calmed down Not sure I would recommend 4 hours for a first tattoo ! But it's 95% done in one go. I wouldn't say it's painful, it's like an annoying scratch imo. Thing is after 3 hours it gets very annoying !!! But very happy with the workmanship and the end result Going to get the big dragon started soon and will do that in 2 hour sessions
  15. Nah, he's chained to the workshop mate. It was his daft idea to enter my car into TOTB so he can work on it I could pick you up Daryl but I'm staying the night before
  16. Doubt I'll even run that much on the day, it's more about a relaxed day out with a few club members. Gutted I couldn't make it last year even though I booked and paid, but I've taken the week off next week, so providing the car holds together then I'll be there
  17. Hi guys, Longshot I know, but we need to beg, borrow or buy a Stillway shifter. If you have one, drop me a pm Cheers Matt
  18. See what you can do mate, be good to catch up
  19. My poor baby car Not given us long to prep but we'll certainly go for it. There's potential in the car, and Dude knows how to make the most of it, plus should stand out visually Just got to teach Dude how to go round corners now
  20. Wont boost past wastegate spring, it's probably something simple but haven't had chance to take the wg off Dude checked the pipework and it all looked okay, so need to pull the wg off and have a look Terry was up couple of weekends ago and mentioned the Synapse wg's, so wondered if anyone had tried one
  21. Yeah seems interesting. I have the AEM and a mac valve controlling the boost, but I have a wastegate problem so thinking of changing from the old HKS60mm to something else. Not too badly priced either compared to a Tial 44mm.
