Thanks for the reply rider, and it would be a complete engine with all ancillaries/loom manifolds turbos, basically as if it had been pulled out of a working supra. I’ve seen Aristo complete engines selling for up to £3k recently. I was guesstimating roughly £5k for a healthy Supra engine in the current market.

Hi all, Looking to get an idea (not selling) of what a 2JZ-GTE pulled out of a supra would fetch on the open market these days? I see loads of Aristo engines circulating but hardly any Supra ones. Thanks in advance.

VVTi or Non as both are fairly similar, I’d definitely suggest looking for one out of a Supra, which might be more expensive initially, but very straightforward to install.

It’s your car, so I’d say do as you please . Silver is not the most exciting colour for the Supra, so I don’t think many people would blame you. If it was a rare or unique colour then I’d perhaps advise you to hold off and keep the correct paint. Just my 2p’s worth .

I will be back next year just to help out as it really is the people that make the event! Thanks to all involved especially Ian, Jackie, Darren and Mandy.

Agreed with the above, looks like it’s been painted at some point, and for the price point I would expect there to be no faults.

Hi all, I should firstly state that I am not selling a supra engine, but wanted to know the rough market value of a complete Supra engine with loom and all ancillaries. I realise that there are Aristo engines etc but if we could keep this to the supra engine that would be great. My best guess is as follows: 2011: £2200 - £2800 (Availability was good, breakers holding stock) 2015: £2800 - £3500 (Drastically less availability but still the odd one popping up at breakers/forums) 2019: £4000 - £5000 (little to no availability anywhere, Aristo engine anyone?) Please let me know your thoughts, thanks.

I’ve seen bumpers going for between £350- £400 recently. Some pop up for around the £200 mark but that’s a rare sight.

I would have been interested around the £1500 mark also, but good luck with the sale
