So I finally got some glass lights for my car, done a refurb sprayed them black and they came out really good,Just the front mount to put in now then hopefully some new wheels and seats soon.

I watched this the other day http://www.streetfire.net/video/million-dollar-subterranean-garage_2382408.htm and was deeply disappointed as I thought the million dollars was the value of the contents not the build cost of the garage (the bikes however were much better)

Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone here is good at fixing iphones? I have a dead iPhone 3G at the moment, took it apart and there doesn't seem to be any obvious signs of water damage and the battery seems fine reading 3.7v. Is there a way of working out which part is faulty without actually replacing them?as I would rather not buy parts that aren't needed for instance and if it is the logic board board then I think it's game over. The iPhone does not switch on at all, no apple logo on screen etc, it is not recognised by the computer when plugged in either. I have tried leaving it on charge for a while to see if It comes back to life but no luck yet. Any ideas? By the way this is not my main phone so im trying to repair it mainly for fun.

I watched this film a month or so back and forgot all about it. I actually really enjoyed it, especially it's wierdness. It's a sin city meets kung fu hustle type movie, very comic like etc. If you're into that sort of thing it's really worth a watch. I think the fact I knew nothing about it at all, and had never heard of it previously, meant that I could take it at face value. I find a lot of films are spoiled nowadays by expecting too much, or even seem better than they are due to the expectations being so low.

I went to our local cinema with the Girlfriend last night to catch a late showing of The Iron Lady, the film basically shows Maggie Thatchers exploits and reasoning for said exploits all in all its a very good watch even for people who are not particularly interested in politics. I Would recommend a watch if anybody has been debating on wether or not to go see it.

Saw it at 12 today, bet you couldn't tell I was eager Brilliant film, best one I have seen in a while. For those in the know a little more than me what was the clip after the credits about with the evil hulk? I am assuming it was a spoiler for the sequel.

Hi guys and girls. So I know a few of you have done some very nice garden projects and was just wondering if anyone has gone for composite deck over wood. Looking to do 60m2 of deck in the back garden. If anyone has done it have you had any problems with it ie colour fade splitting etc etc Thanks Dan

I’m looking to get rid of some of the hoses on my Na-t and would like to weld the intercooler pipes . Could anyone recommend a welder that can do intercooler pipe and maybe the turbo cold side.. but don’t want to spend a fortune. Maybe £200 if that’s even possible. Cheers dan

I read this morning that the new Wheeler dealer series, the first without Ed, is due to air from the beginning of January on the Discovery Channel with Brewer now teamed alongside Ant Anstead. This was news to me as I've already watched the series on the dodgy box and its much better than I expected it'd be. Ant is a decent Ed replacement. Its set entirely in the USofA which does take it definitely into a Yankee show as compared to recent series that were split with lowering UK time relative to USA time, now the UK is history. There is one episode on the old Celica Supra and one on a Brit classic of a Healey 3000, a car I would dearly love to own, with the rest being some of Detroit's not so finest. Overall they have pulled off the Ed free series well, pity it is now very much an American car show with a couple of limeys doing the commentary. I suspect we will never see anything again that wasn't well received into the US market.
