Lovely Car Rob, before letting go of the car take it to LeeP at SRD, if nothing else you would be able to tell the potential buyer what's wrong and get more money due to this.....or you might chose to fux and keep the car... I know how you feel I had 2 years of various things with my Supra, took it to lee and its been perfect since.... Good luck

Doesn't include alot of stuff like ECU etc... Ecu could be anything from £500-£2000 depending on what you need/want

Send the 2nd set to get refurbed and put them on.... Cost about £1400 plus the labour for swapping but it will be much much cheaper than any single build

No such thing as cheap software development, I've employed many over the last 15 years, the good you pay them whatever they want, the bad you bin as quickly as possible before they ruin your project

Logon to the bt router, it will tell you the ips in use, id guess there's a conflict

Id guess its an ip conflict, do you know the internal ip of the dvr and ap, plus anything else?

When the AP is connected does the internet connection actually work? You mention you can access it locally but not remotely is this because its cutting off the internet?

The access point uses port 80 for management, but if you have setup the forwarding correctly it shouldn't make a difference

Which point is the AP being plugged into on the BT hub? Think one of those ports from memory is an optional external port which might create an issue

What port is the Mobil using? Is the access point using the same port for its management interface?
