    You just want to stop foreign objects from getting in, I've always used clothes/rags but anything will do within reason, I wouldn't be to concerned about "moisture" unless by that you mean rain/flooding....

    Also the members that have the best technical knowledge might miss the new question, whilst a comment on an existing thread will notify them and potentially help the member further....

    I don't think it's the questions that sparks the seemingly negative reaction but more often because the person hasn't even bothered to look for previous posts etc.... If someone posted I'm having x problem and have read xyz but it doesn't help or what if then that's fine... Also if the original questions are commented upon then it creates a sort of guide to fixing a particular issue rather than someone having to read 3/4/10 different things to try and solve there issue.... That's my thoughts anyway

    Cut them... AA advised the paint would crack.... So got the car on the ramp and took a grinder to it.... No problems at all...

    I'm guessing the oil light is because the oil went in the cooler not the engine.... Surely oil in the cooler going round the charger can't be good??!?!
