Depends on your budget realy. If you want to lower it then a set of eibach springs would be a good start. Id stick with bilsteins myself

I suppose it depends on how much you value your ride quality. Id probly stick with a stock one with some poly bushes and see how it gets on. Stiffer bars are probly more intune for people who use there car on track more. Id like to hear CWs input on this one

Supra's benefit from a higher lift exhaust cam as the exhaust port design is terribly designed so staggered works well but again you do trade off low end poke. When mike put his hks cams in his it totaly changed the car and he managed 611hp with i think 75% duty cycle but dont quote me on that
