  1. You can get them with dead drives for silly money on ebay. Might be worthwhile getting one and swapping over your drives

    Nice pair.

Was it an old hag that gave it to you and have you been spending a lot of time with 7 small men lately?
  3. If it's the HDD you can just swap it out bud. Easy enough to check if you can get your hands on a spare 2.5" HDD.
  4. I've read reports of 2.5bar and 700+RWHP on the GTX35r though. The GT35r was seriously out of puff by 2.0bar. Granted if 600hp @ 1.4bar is the goal then it's a good choice but I would be more inclined to go for a smaller turbo at slightly higher boost if I wanted 600hp. The GTX30r is meant to be right on the money for 600hp.
  5. Is the GTX35r not more of a 700+hp turbo? I know the old GT35r was around the 600 mark maximum but from what I've been reading the GTX30r is more comparible to the GT35r.
  6. Generally OK to mix dot 4 and 5.1. I'm guessing it would be either or in there. If it's not been flushed out in a while though it might be an idea to replace it all anyway.
  7. Given the recent banning of a member for selling stuff without permission this seems extremely naive. Did nothing said previously actually sink in at all?
  8. Hahahahahahahahahhahahahahha *breath* Hahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhaa
  9. I'm thinking of a change in the boot department and I was wondering if it was going to be worth my while. What do you guys reckon I would get for my current boot install? The kit consists of.... 10" Solo Baric L5 Subwoofer Kenwood KAC-8104D Mono Amplifier Kenwood KAC-8404 4Ch Amplifier Kenwood KAC-7204 2Ch Amplifier Vibe QB69 6x9's Custom Built Amp Rack Custom Built Sub Box It cost me a pretty penny when I built it and to be honest it's had hardly any use so everything will be virtually new. Lucky if it's saw 10 hours of use in total. http://www.mkivsuprastar.com/Pics/Ice%20Install/Now/DSCF1781.JPG http://www.mkivsuprastar.com/Pics/Ice%20Install/Now/DSCF1803.JPG If I decide to go ahead with it but there is no interest in the whole build I will most likely just sell everything seperately.
  10. Some good work going on here, well done! I could be wrong but I think once the seat is in the upright position it locks the battery in place.
  11. XP is no longer supported but still works fine... I'm sure Gaz will be ok. Whatever works now will continue to work
  12. Enough for it to comply with exhaust regulations though. It's basically a full blown exhaust in the F40 rather than a screamer pipe.
  13. I'm guessing the F40 pipe is baffles in some way though, same as the exhaust will be.
  14. Speaking of which there is a huge heavyweight fight in the UFC tonight. I don't think it's as big money as boxing is/was though. I remember the days of £16m per fight win, lose or draw.
  15. You should read your thread. It says that future devices won't be supported, the current ones will still support flash
  16. Can you get me one too please mate.... GB ftw Edit: Just over thinking here.... what sort of torque are the OSGs good for? A quick search said around 600hp for the twins (hp meaning nothing hence why they say to contact) and I'm going to be way above that.
  17. It's just an icon. Alfas are hardly well known for their solid build quality and reliability but they are great cars to drive for their spirit and character.

    Tyre sizes...

Those toyos are a great buy, they will last OK if not hammered
  19. The rear ones aren't so bad as thankfully MrT decided to put a tang on them that locks hard against the bar. However, still follow Chris's advice as the rust on the threads is a killer. On one of the cars I worked on previously the first one came off right away with no work, when it came to the other side I was thinking more of the same but the corrosion on the thread got bit into by the nut and the tang just bent clear of the bar making it useless.
  20. Disconnect the ARB and see what happens.
  21. Well, something is pulling it that way. My guess would be that it's the ARB or the suspension itself. Have you taken the suspension out of that side?
