Granted the tubby is rare, but there would be no way to prove they were stolen parts...that's why cars get chopped up like this...conviction rate will be non existent barring a full admission of guilt. Obviously professional thieves, know the value of the parts and that they couldn't possibly sell the car as it was. And as you said: stripped in a matter of a day or so down to the parts nobody would be interested in, rear arches, boot hatch etc. Very sad sight for any car owner to see their pride and joy like that. The supra was on her drive, they think it's been low loaded as the noise of it starting would have woken everyone up. Some are accusing her of pulling an insurance job and in the stripped picture it is said that the thieves have sanded down remaining parts so the cops can't get prints, apparently parts have been found in 5 different dumpsters and it's not the 1st time a car has ended up in that spot as a maverick went missing and was apparently found there. Depends where they go. The English speaking Supra community only really includes Western Europe and North America.
