  1. Nope One is enough thanks We fixed the rotten fuel line yesterday so it's now a bit safer to drive in and out the workshop I missed out on some bargins though from a local breakers yard who had exactly the same spec as mine in for breaking. The parts went silly cheap in my opinion, £600 for engine & box and only done 75k

Depends what its set to bar wise Have you got a boost gauge in the car ? 1.2 is max for safe running on j spec turbos Post up the spec of your car is it de catted, have fcd, restrictor ring,
  3. Speak to Steve Manley at Inchcape Toyota and see what he can do them for. Not much else you can do other than fit second hand o/e
  4. Flocking done well looks the dogs in my opinion Rik blue angels car was flocked and done very well

Hi and welcome Is it some kind of manual boost control, afraid i had a Blitz SBCiD on my car and none of the pipes you picture were altered
  6. A complete rebuild done properly will cost thousands of £££££'s
  7. Are we still talking about cars
  8. Thanks James, your Glass's guide is en route, popped it in the post yesterday
  9. I bought the 55 plate so wondered is it a go or no go to re map it ? it goes well enough but better fuel mpg would be good if nothing else
  10. A few pics of the underside i took today
  11. It's finally on the ramp. The chassis only has surface corrosion and easily sorted which is a major result. Nearside and offside body mounts need some attention but quite easily sorted, offside inner and outer sills will be replaced along with the rear cross section behind the rear bumper which is the worst area on the car. Boot floor will need replacing along with both front footwells and both front inner wings. That's about it on the corrosion side. All the bushes are shot so they will get changed along with new dampers & new power steering pipes. The air suspension now works so we'll keep that for the time being. Both front swivel housings are leaking and looks like it'll need new cv joints etc. Another huge plus is the motor, we pulled all the plugs and compression tested it and all is good with the engine, did an oil and filter change along with new coolant and ran it up and its as sweet as a nut. Fuel lines need replacing but the brake lines at the rear are all copper and not very old, it'll get a new exhaust at some stage as well I'll pop up some pictures later
  12. http://www.regtransfers.co.uk obviously they are both like this so some number shuffling is req, not sure how legal that is these days ER08 EAR and B198 EAR 8 EAR would be nice but i'd imagine that's going to be very silly money
  13. Personally having done all the body, suspension, wheel and power mods if this were mine i'd just do the power mods and slightly tweek the suspension The car looks too nice to change anything else
  14. Found a couple of BEAR plates ERO 8EAR if you get a newer car to pop it on B19 8EAR
  15. If you slap a D plate on it looks even older Non prefix is the way to go but then your into more money
  16. I doubt you need them for most jobs on a supra, my local isn't a specialist and they never had any problems working on my TT, doesn't charge silly rates either.
  17. Is the autobox stock ? can't see it liking too many hard launches if it is
  18. Looks like i could be getting a 55 plate 3.0TDi D-4D, i'm guessing its a no go same as the earlier 2001 D-4D i had ?
  19. Doesn't get much simpler than seeing if the cambelts broke
  20. Strange if it leaves no trace on the outside. UK glass ftw
  21. If it's on the inside how can the valeter have done it ?
  22. More info needed, is it an NA, TT or single turbo ? have you actually checked to see if its getting a spark ? Where was the loud bang from, out the exhaust or from the engine bay ? Pop the front top cover off to reveal the cambelt/pulleys, is the belt still there ?
  23. You can good deals on natural stone in Monmouth though so its not all bad down there
