  1. Yea if you like but it will still be the same price. I need to recoup it somehow lol no one will buy the coupling on its own
  2. I have a viscous fan and clutch for an NA that i bought in error. £25 looking back what I paid for it
  3. https://www.amayama.com/en/search?region=315&q=53112-14070-g0
  4. Not sure. You should consult Srd or similar
  5. Generally as long as there are no chunks mossing or alot of metal floating around in the oil or stuck to the casing you are good to go! While you are that far in though it would be a good idea to rebuild the diff and seals and bearings etc. Clean it up all nice and paint it
  6. Mmm well yes i suppose that is true. As long as it flows enough oil so as not to kill the turbo I will be happy. Have already had one dead turbo, definitely do not need another!lol
  7. His exact words were: "We normally run -4 on the 2JZ GTE but in certain cases it flows a little bit too much. I believe the -3 will be sufficient." "You need 1/4" NPT to -3 or -4. We've ran both without issues, but it all depends on the application. I would not suggest an oil restrictor"
  8. Do you think a -3 line will restrict the oil flow too much? I just went on the manufacturer recommendation but now im a bit worried :/
  9. I wanted to start a thread here to see what sort of oil feed lines the single guys are running. I have a Boost Labs S366HF (journal bearing), the previous install (which we will not go into right now) had an oil feed line which was somewhere between a -4 and -5 line apparently according to Faye at Speedflow when I sent her it. I was in contact with the guys from Boost Labs and they reckoned a -4 or -3 line would be fine for my turbo and steered more towards -3 as they find the -4 can sometimes feed too much oil to the turbo and therefore -3 should be fine. So I got Faye to make me up a -3 line and currently am installing that. The reason I am asking is actually just after looking at Gaz's thread this morning and seeing that his oil feed line looks significantly bigger than mine and I wondered why. What is the general opinion on the size of an oil feed line?
  10. How much was that? Did come with the whole assembly from the cable, the white box mechanism and the catches?
  11. As above looking for a bonnet release cable and the little white box attached to it. Thanks
  12. Perhaps a bit OTT but i wpuld hate to think someone was inferring something dodgy about Mark, hes one of the few people when selling a car is actually completely straight up and honest and if Dnk had indeed gone to meet him i would certainly think that would have come across.
  13. Ok good. But having met Mark im sure you would have been assured he is a very genuine guy. Apologies but im very defensive of him. Hes a good friend
  14. Well I know Mark personally and the first time he decided to sell he was extremely unwell. His circumstances have changed which includes a move to England. In any case his reason for sale is irrelevant so keep your concerns to yourself.
  15. For sale, went back to OEM new rubber pipe. Selling my stainless top rad pipe. At one point it has had a water temp sensor section welded into it. I think its a fairly common sensor £30 posted
  16. I had 588lbs/ft through my UK Spec Autobox with no issues
  17. Not that i don't entirely sympathise with your situation btw mate. Just so we're clear
  18. Don't really think thats relevant mate tbf. Im not kicking off. Having sold 2 NA engines in the past and struggling to get £150 for them im just saying thats what i think they are worth which is what you asked isnt it?
  19. Lol its been a long week, my temper is short and I'm waiting to leave the office and head to the airport! Those who know me, know I mean no harm, and every one else just thinks im a c-unit! Lol
  20. "Strong money"?? - more like Ludacris money, an NA engine is worth £150 tops and you'd be lucky to get that, people can't give them away!
  21. Why dont you do like a Y design end tank with the filler cap on top. Simple yet functional?
  22. Few more bits sold. Post updated
