  1. *WANTED* - Small case NA supra diff flange or whole diff if price is right, lsd not important as I only need the flange, prop I have is from an NA Auto if that helps
  2. Hi folks, In the middle of this conversion. Gearbox is in the car and mounts etc all line up perfectly as the box is out of a soarer. However having issues with the propshaft side of things: Firstly i had the issue of i was supplied with a soarer manual front prop which had this end on it: And my rear section was splined like so: So managed to get hold of an NA Auto rear prop and issue solved like so: So that problem was solved, however I'm now stuck at the diff end as the rubber coupling i got with the NA shaft has the holes too closely together to mate up to my UK Spec B04D Diff and as you can see the flange on the UK Auto original shaft is alot bigger than my NA flange: And hence the Diff input shaft is equally large and does not line up with the rubber coupling for my NA Propshaft and I cant use my original rubber coupling that fits the diff as then the holes are too far apart for my NA propshaft. Hopefully that is kind of clear. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can overcome this or some sort of workaround? Thanks Niall
  3. Also for the smart arses these arent budget tyres. Thanks
  4. As above, i have 2 Brand new nankang NS20 265/35/18 tyres for sale still in the selephane Packaging I received them in with stickers etc. Reason for sale I bought them for a car i later sold. £100 must go this weekend!!
  5. Have you got in contact with Julian or Darragh at Garage D? Always have a load of random props etc
  6. You can run a greddy emanage blue to compensate. Not ideal but it will do the job. Its about 300quid. Then whatever it is to fit and map
  7. I wouldnt have the in depth knowledge to advise specifically mate. If you could find it somewhere i would GUESS if you can match the stock airflow at 1.2 bar on the stock turbos that would be safe but ive no idea. Pressure and volume and two entirely different things
  8. He said its a single converted car. Without an FCD mate you wont be able to run over about 0.8 I think - - - Updated - - - and max boost fuel wise depends on how much air your turbo will actually flow, not so much the boost pressure

    Ps pump

is there enough ATF in the reservoir?
  10. How??? Well with a standard car you cant hear nearly as well when the turbo is spooling, the crossover onto the second turbo, you have no idea what your boost readings are at any point in the rev range hence you have no idea really when the second turbo kick is coming unless you've driven one before. Depending on the above the pickup will be much more subtle and therefore harder to feel and therefore given the nature of the torsen lsd you have absolutely no idea really when the diff is going to lock and slide out from underneath you and is therefore much more likely to catch the inexperienced supra driver out
  11. Standard ones are even more unpredictable....
  12. Not necessarily, i dont think there would be anyone on here could say that never once has their Supra stuck the tail out unexpectedly. Im just trying to get him to think about it. As a first rwd car a 15k+ supra is not an appropriate car nor is it likely he can afford to fix it easily if it all goes pear shaped hence better buying something cheaper to learn in
  13. How will you know what correctly is for a very powerful rwd car if you've never driven rwd before? Correctly as in drive it like your granny or correctly as in how to appropriately and proportionatly correct an oversteer event?
  14. Never had a RWD car and you want a TT6 Supra? Better buying a cheap 200sx and making your mistakes in it
  15. I have a MAF I'm no longer using
  16. Got an NA Prop Rear section with the 4 bolt type flange?
  17. Obviously a while ago but, still available perhaps?
  18. *WANTED* - NA Supra or Soarer propshaft rear section i.e circular 4 bolt flange to cross type 4 bolt flange as in picture.
  19. Bet your central locking doesnt work either. Fusebox in the engine bay there is a fuse called DOME. Its a 7.5amp. It will have blown
  20. As above if anyone has these please pm
  21. Sounds like whoever had it off last cross threaded it and now the threads are bucked and wont screw back in
