  1. That’s sounds like a great idea. Track parade! Maybe someone should contact Toyota?
  2. I totally agree with the cgi, I think it was just a huge deal at the time but hasn't aged well. I still enjoy them though. Also I agree with you on JJ as well. I dislike him a lot, I think he's incredibly overrated. He ruined Star Trek as well in my opinion. I think the force awakens is the worst Star Wars film to date. many probably disagree but just my opinion. I wanted to love the new set of films. I went into the cinema with the force awakens and rogue one with my hopes high and really open minded but honestly they just lacked for me. Really stretched out and some really unnatural scenes. I didn't buy into the world or the charterers at all which made me really gutted and I think that's why I went into the last Jedi with such low expectations. I hope that they learn from this and the next few films are an improvement because they have so much potential!
  3. Honestly I think the critics in general are just out of touch. I rarely see a critic agreeing with the general audience. Bright is worthy of a sequel I really enjoyed it. Let me know what you think of it!
  4. Just watched Bright on Netflix and have to say it was a great film. Another piece of evidence against the critics. 94% on google but rotten tomatoes is 30% again the audience score is 90%! You couldn’t make it up. Anyway it’s got some funny bits but some great action pieces and a unique background story. Mix of lord of the rings, the fifth element and training day.

    Merry Christmas Everyone
  6. In my honest opinion which I guess everyone diagrees with. The prequels were better than any of the new films. Luke may have changed but changed so much he'd murder his nephew in his sleep? If anything he'd become more disciplined over time not the opposite. You can't honestly say that the whole first half of the film (at least) couldn't have been done in about half an hour. The best scene was the lightsaber fight. Seemed incredibly lazy story telling overall. The whole film revolved around the fleet. The whole film. I couldn't believe there wasn't any more. The characters were awful. Rey is a terrible character. Kylo Ren is the only decent character in the whole saga and even he has issues development wise. If you enjoyed it then that's good mate I just wasn't invested at all and I tried.
  7. Even Mark Hamill said it isn’t Luke Skywalker that he played. It was like a different character and he disagreed with it. Honestly I thought Rogue One was awful. the last Jedi was better than rogue one and the force awakens but even then still not that good. This is all feels lazy and stretched out. I blame Disney as I doubt if Lucas was still involved that it would be this bad.
  8. Setting my expectations nice and low for this film did the trick! I was expecting a 1/10 movie quite honestly but I'd say it's a good 3 or 4 out of 10. Most of the film was trash. Standard disneyfied rubbish but the last quarter of the film was genuinely true to form Star Wars which was great. Definitely too drawn out but worth buying the bargain used DVD off eBay for the last quarter of the film
  9. I know several people who regret buying these. Total junk. Expensive bills.
  10. I remember seeing this car for sale in a show room not too far away from Thetford years ago. Think it was 7 or 8 years ago. Car looked ok but it was way cheaper than that. Think it was £50k or something
  11. I’m setting my standards nice and low for the new Star Wars as the previous 2 have been awful. Just like the new Star Trek films and series have been awful. I feel this is desperation in Hollywood as they have no originality left. Rehash after rehash. No decent new IPs anywhere to be seen.
  12. There’s a wanted section for this http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/forumdisplay.php?146-Parts-Wanted
  13. http://toyotagazooracing.com/our-story/ “Over the years, Toyota has been participating in many different forms of motorsport, including Formula One, the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the Nürburgring 24 Hours endurance race. These activities were conducted by separate entities within the company, such as “Toyota Racing”, “Lexus Racing” and “GAZOO Racing”. Of those, “GAZOO Racing” in particular first entered the Nürburgring 24 Hours race in 2007 with two used Altezzas, supported by a team of mechanics that comprised employees selected from various departments within Toyota, under the belief that “the roads build the people, and the people build the cars”. This was very much in line with the thinking of Toyota’s founder, Kiichiro Toyoda, who said already in 1952: “Car racing is more than just entertainment. It is vital to the development of the Japanese passenger vehicle industry. Just as athletes test their capabilities by competing with all their strength in the Olympics, automakers use racing as an opportunity to push a vehicle's performance to the limits and compete for supremacy, enabling them to discover new ways of advancing automotive technology.” With this in mind, in April 2015, Toyota went back to the basis and united Toyota’s motorsports activities into “TOYOTA GAZOO Racing”, placing motorsports as a fundament in its commitment to make ever-better cars.”
  14. Just my personal opinion but having a TRD brand instead of gazoo racing would be much more appealing.
  15. I so hope that it looks as similar to the FT1 concept otherwise what’s the point.
  16. I just saw it and submitted mine but had no access to a computer so couldn’t name the files. I hope it was enough!
  17. I don’t get why solar panels don’t cover these electric cars in hotter countries. Surely that makes sense.
  18. This picture sums it up perfectly. It’s pretty simple really i don’t know how people can’t see it. Let’s not foget how damaging it is to actually produce these cars
  19. Beautiful car, this and Sheefas UK are 2 of my favourite on the forum
  20. I think this is brilliant, interesting watching the development
  21. Sad times, not only is another member selling up but another uk car goes abroad. Gutted is an understatement. Good luck with your future plans mate
  22. Just watched Justice League and have to say it's a great movie. Very enjoyable and fun film. All the "professional" film critics have absolutely no clue what they're talking about as usual. Compare audience scores to them and you'll see the obvious detachment.
