  1. Sounds rough to me, come look at some of the club cars and you’d change your mind on what is immaculate. From what I’ve heard about this exact car it is not clean
  2. As above however you may struggle to find the stories on google now as many a criminal has threatened the forum with court action and therefore the story has been removed. Seems the same as gone for all the high Wycombe related stories, I can’t find any on google
  3. I’m wondering if they will do a “TRD” version with a wide body kit. Maybe this will be the top spec? As for the pricing, I suspect that at 450hp it will compete with the likes of the M3 and at BMWs £60k starting price I’d imagine Toyota will want to under cut them. There’s no way it’s going to be going up against the GTR, going with current rumours.
  4. Cheers mate, i was really dubious they would actually meet the expectation when the ft1 was first shown but they've nailed it in my opinion. I've heard a lot of rumours about power now some adamant it'll be 450bhp and some saying it'll be 330hp, it might be both it 2 different trims. Another rumour was the price being between £40k to £60k which would be about right for 2 different models but then again wasn't the MKIV about £40k when it was released and that would be around £80k now so it may be more like that amount. In which case it would be out matched in its class and I'd be priced out no doubt.
  5. I'm going to do a separate thread on my trip to Geneva when I get home at the weekend but I thought I'd just post the ones of the supra on here: Honestly photos don't do justice to how good this car looks, it looks leagues better in the metal. I went back 5 times just to keep looking at it. You can see the lines of the production car already and it's going to look good. I asked about details and the production car is going to be announced early next year (January probably) but no other details as of yet. I'm going to put my name down asap.
  6. Dammit! Honestly got so hyped at a true reveal but this is just another "we signal our intention" to bring it back. I.e another concept. Don't get me wrong I am totally hyped but I expected a joint reveal with the production model. It is literally called the GR Supra Racing Concept though so even this is still a concept
  7. Cheers Wile, I’ve contacted him about booking it
  8. The black on black had a big V8 petrol in it
  9. Those are both awful. Why downgrade the supra like that?!
  10. Alright mate I reckon it’s the exhaust valve, see how you get on with that. Also check the hose behind the engine that goes to the second turbo. Mine was split and did the same thing
  11. I'm guessing the only difference between the jspec and U.K. Is the hole in the middle?
  12. Doesn't matter how much power it's got. If it's been driven poorly then it's still potentially in bad shape
  13. Maybe just for the conversion. Not sure. But it doesn't look well treated
  14. Yea I did think that was the case. I hope getting a new one isn't too difficult!
  15. If not anyone got any ideas on how to repair the mat?
  16. Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows where I can get the under bonnet scoop and mat for a U.K. Spec bonnet. If anyone knows the part numbers or has one spare that would be great! Thanks
  17. At least get a LOT of high quality photos. I've seen two supra from Ireland and both were rusty as hell underneath.
  18. BMWs drive great but their reliability is nowhere near Toyota level from my experience
  19. This. I don’t know why you’d buy a car that doesn’t have the correct paperwork.
  20. Whatever it is I feel it will give a good idea of what we can expect from Toyota in the future. Even if that’s all I see in Geneva I’ll be happy
  21. Booked my tickets to the show I’ll take plenty of photos but you would have seen them all already by the 8th as the press get 2 days early access
  22. Couldn't see the pistonheads link but saw this: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.autoblog.com/amp/2018/02/15/toyota-supra-photos-leak-japanese-magazine/
