  1. Don't go for leaders. Go for MPs and policies. Oh and ignore the media as more often than not they lie too.
  2. Exactly right. I hate it when "journalists" label it as the new supra when there's no confirmation that's what it is. Although I do find it fun to speculate as to what it might be and what the plan is regarding new releases
  3. Taxing those on average wages is absolutely not the right idea. Just because these people exploit tax loop holes I shouldn't have to pay more to cover them. Pure greed. Apple alone should pay 400 million and doesn't. That's one big company. The loopholes need to go.
  4. The big loss in tax is tax loopholes for corporations and the mega rich and the low corporation tax. If those were sorted then the government would have no issues on lack of tax
  5. I'm now hoping the new car is the mr2 and the ft1 will become the supra
  6. Because they tax us through the arse maybe?
  7. Jesus didn't noticed the Toyota badge the first time.... Guess I was kidding myself. Oh well at least it'll increase the value of the mk4 even more
  8. That doesn't even look like it's the new supra. I think that's the new Z4/Z5. Look at the interior, it's got BMW written all over it.
  9. Booked in for the Friday also. Treating the partner to some spa treatments
  10. There's high prices and then there's verging on theft
  11. Welcome! 1. Stock front bumper with front lip 2. The exhaust has probably been decatted and could be a dodgy one, maybe why it scrapes. 3. The spoiler is ugly imo. Stock or TRD would be an upgrade
  12. SRD are the best garage by far. Nothing but good things to say about them
  13. Liking labours policies more and more, seems the papers are pandering to the Tories. Stupidly. I won't vote labour or Tory but this is the closest I've ever been to voting labour
  14. This is the truth of it. No one wants to admit they're conditioned but the truth is everyone is. The government has well and truly overstepped the mark
  15. Capped as well! They can't even keep it fair! Nothing about safety this. Just to prosecute middle incomes
  16. Looks like the turkeys are voting for Christmas
  17. Local elections today. Hope everyone goes out and votes.
  18. Not denying that at all. But voting based on the individual may have better results than party politics for a change. Just an idea.
  19. Just a reminder people, please before jumping on the Tory wagon, do some research: https://voteforpolicies.org.uk https://www.theyworkforyou.com http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/politics/constituencies Vote for a decent MP and not the Tories because of what the papers say. It's scary how quick people are jumping to support the Tories after they were strongly anti Brexit.
  20. Well firstly, I believe voting tactfully isn't how it's supposed to work. So when people say it's a wasted vote then what you're saying is everyone's vote is wasted and there's no democracy because it sure as hell isnt a useful vote if you have to vote for 2 extremely poor parties. Personally I've always voted ukip but only because I've never had any decent indepedant candidates, who usually I much prefer in terms of policy. Party politics has ruined how parliament should work. Don't get me started on career politics. I know some people will say that ukip is racist but I think that's very narrow minded, I've looked at the manifesto and there isn't anything racist there at all. All I see is sensible policies. Esspecially no party whip with councillors. Oh focusing on road maintenance which is poor at best is another great one. I personally don't put my self into a set camp (right wing/left wing) I just go with my personal beliefs on each area of discussion. I.e I feel corporation tax is too low and non domicile status is terrible but also immigration is unmanageable at its current rate. Which some would say are opposing ideologies. I vote ukip because other than the Green Party, the conservatives, labour and liberals have all proven in the past to have done poorly in government. Someone new and untested is required. If there was a representative vote party or take money out of politics so it isn't so corrupt party then I'd vote for those but seeing as those aren't an option it's the greens, ukip or an independent, although independents seem to be very uncommon now.
  21. Don't get me wrong I will never vote labour but not Tory either. They're both terrible and have been for the last century. All this blind love for the Tories is crazy, they've shown no evidence they will be any good at all and I've a feeling they will screw us the most. People don't seem to realise there's alternatives and I will always vote for those alternatives.
  22. If you think the Tories, who mostly supported remain are A. Going to support the people of this country and B. Going to give us a decent exit from the EU, the. You're living in a dream world. People must have short memories or something
