Well...I dismantled mine today, redid the solder joints as they looked bad. No effect. I could hear the cogs moving, but not engaging somehow inside? So I decided to dismantle it further - bad idea. They have weird thin strands of copper that go to the pins, needless to say by the time I realised it was too late and I fear it's beyond saving now.

f If someone has fired nuclear weapons at us aren't we screwed anyway? Doesn't make a lot of difference to fire back other than tit for tat. I was hoping we had some kind of defence system to destroy missiles before they hit the ground? To me Piers is just stirring up public angst over a hypothetical situation that we should never end up in. (Not defending the useless sack of poo that is Dian Abbot)

It's quite sad, I saw the videos and can see how quickly it happened. Didn't see the yellows or understand why the stationary car hadn't pulled off track? I'm not sure what the crowd funding is all about? It's all very nice that people feel they want to chip in and everything, but I mean...motorsports are dangerous. Anyone that's done a track day has signed their life away with all the disclaimers and I get that he's had a life changing experience...but so do many other people on a daily basis. They don't get half a million quid thrown at them. What am I missing?

Third dash? Looks great from the small photo I can see. Makes the new steering wheel and gear knob I bought for the Tiger seem rather pathetic. I did start buying parts to make something up a bit more modern than the crappy switch gear that came in my kit...I have some nice black aircraft style hoop dividers in a bag. So many projects, so little time.

The "fields" harness is worth a few bob alone. I forget connector wise how they differ across Supra types, I know VVTi ECU has different connectors. -

...and mine's still in a barn 20 miles away, but the MX5 isn't so I'm expecting the sun to be out! Almost a shame the Tiger isn't taxed yet, but I've got a rad to change in that first.
