  1. 5k for the kit, 2-3k for the ecu, 3k for the 6speed box and diff, and then labour to fit it all.
  2. Supraforums has more information regarding this, it is worth a search there, I was looking into 1jz's a couple of weeks ago and someone over there did actually do a flow comparison between a 1jz and 2jz head, the 2jz flowed better. As for response I couldn't tell you unfortunately. Good luck with your search!
  3. Are the yellow parameters in the first picture the faults? If so could the syvecs be creating a misfire on boost to prevent the autobox temperature becoming dangerously high?
  4. Not weather dependant at all mate, we meet on the first floor of the multi-storey so we are undercover
  5. Looks nice mate, has a few mods too, do you know what kind of power she's running? I agree about the rear bumper, if you need a hand to swap it I live just outside Chelmsford in Pleshey so I would be happy to help. I'd imagine Keron on here will have the dash panels and a steering wheel if you want to try and replace them.
  6. What happened with security? Sorry I had to run off so fast, I will be there next time for the entire meet!
  7. Welcome bud, where in Essex are you from? Unfortunately we don't have a local meet as such, the majority of us go to the bluewater meet the first friday of every month, normally has quite a good turnout, you should get yourself along to one!
  8. Yep I spent about £100 and managed a single run!
  9. I will be selling a fully built engine shortly if you would be interested? The bottom end was put together by Whifbitz too, pm me if your interested.
  10. Sorry for the off topic, but if you need a buyer for your old na lump i would be very interested! Keep up the good work, looks like a great project!
  11. I had a very similar problem, every time my car was spooling in ttc and it was climbing to 4000rpm the AFR's went through the roof, it was a fault with the HKS FCD. I got around the problem by removing it and fitting a SARD ECU that had the fuel cut already removed.
  12. Mate you are doing an awesome job with that twin kit! Cannot wait to see the result!
  13. Conveniently, I have a manual TT ECU for sale, PM if interested
  14. The HKS FCD I used made my car horribly lean, recorded a 17-1 ratio on a dyno! My car was misfiring and just horrible with it fitted and the boost raised, I now use a SARD ECU to eliminate the fuel cut, they are rare ECU's though, good luck finding a suitable FCD!
  15. Is it a bad time to mention I beat a tt6 bpu at santa pod in my n/a? and actually, I'm sure there was a blue single on here recently that only managed a 14.6 or something at the pod, which is only .1 second quicker than my n/a, despite the extra 400hp!
  16. That was a bit too close! Thanks Shane for organizing the meet, did anyone get a video of Pig leaving?
