  1. They are coming from America, and I was a bit lazy in ordering them......
  2. Yes mate the cooler is on, but the old pipework didn't fit, so I ordered another set of pipes that haven't shown up yet.
  3. I'm still waiting for my intercooler pipework to show up, so there is a chance I won't make it
  4. I did beat a TT BPU at Santa Pod in my N/A if that's any help?
  5. I loved my NA, great fun, around the same performance as most hot hatches, but far better looking. I actually miss it even though my car is now NA-TT, while it is significantly faster my TT conversion has cost me a small fortune, The NA just kept on going.
  6. That race gas could very well be the difference then, the only car that I know of over here that compares to American cars on stock twins is Drift_Bear's, running methanol, think that made about 450whp so you make a very good point...... It's a shame we can't get E85 or something similar at the pumps over here!
  7. Snap, the stock twin record holder, actually runs his car in TTC, not sequential. I'd imagine most of the stock twins in the 10s passes are built as drag cars rather than street cars, all with full on drag radials, and the majority of the auto's run histalls and built autoboxes, and probably race fuel judging by the spec list in this thread: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?350519-Updated-top-10-1-4-mile-times-for-Stock-Twin As for the 6 speed's making a 11 second pass, they must just be really really seriously good!
  8. The inconsistency between American power figures and our dyno readouts should also be taken into consideration, the trend seems to be that American dyno's give out a higher figure than ours ( or to appease any Americans reading, our dyno's read low, because Americans are never wrong ) So if you get the GT28's and they only make 500 flywheel horsepower, will you think it would have been worth the money?
  9. Surely you'd need the flex sensor to alter the fuel map to account for the methanol? Or maybe you could have the map change with the on/off switch for the methanol, but i'd imagine that would on work at WOT? Its an interesting idea but i dont know enough to help you sorry
  10. Just drive it like you stole it, find a TT that's having a bad day at santa pod, then endlessly mock when you beat them
  11. I'd be interested depending on the location, need to have a good drive in the sup when she's back on the road!
  12. Is that because its been over a week since you last had one?!
  13. Lol nah stick around, I want to see what happens with that stage 3 kit!!
  14. Don't you have an audi forum you can go and play on? I can beat an R8 but not a bloody TT, life's just not on
