  2. Cheers mate, a few small jobs to do. Mainly the front crank seal has been weeping so thats 1st on the list. Then valve covers. Just some tidy up really
  3. Might as well just pay 30k for a complete UK car
  4. Thanks mate Nah, the way Homer placed the ramps in opposite directions, if the car was to fall it would sit on them And not roll off. Also had 4 axle stands at the rear with a small jack on the diff. And 2 truck axle stands on the front. Was up for a full week like that. I was inside the car to. He really got it in a solid position...2 hours to get her up
  5. They usually disable 1 reverse and put in a red bulb. Then use a fused 2 wire steup with a switch on the dash. Pretty basic. Or you can use the oem UK fog switch Id imagine you cut and heatshrink the 2 oem wires then add your new 2 wires to the bulb socket wires
  6. Repainting my dash panels and new PSI handbrake cover, just waiting to finish those. All paperwork and documents etc are sorted and shes listed as manual now.
  7. Lots of rewiring, the original alarm fitter used the master cylinder hole for the alarm wiring, and i used it for my fusebox
  8. Work slowly being done before the acutal conversion. TT diff bush...what a pain!
  9. Converting my speedo cluster over to manual with parts & help from Stu Hagen over in the USA
  10. So my latest project has been converting the supra over to manual, the autobox has been giving me grief for the last 2 years and i got tired of it. Plus, who dosent want a manual targa?! I went for a brand new R154 from a JZX100 Chaser. A HUGE thanks to Homer who spent alot of time helping me do the conversion, what a bloke! He and his little one came over and it was a real pleasure do to the work with them, i really learnt alot and its been great fun, and thanks to Mike and Keron for helping me along the way to
  11. Whos got a VHF tracker fitted? Was having a convo with a senior colleague who recommends fitting one. Apparently they can still transmit signals even if the car is stowed in a building with a metallic roof or even a container. As normal ones wont transmit in those enviroments. Any info/ advice? Something that can constanly be tracked in any enviroment and thats hardwired with a rechargeable battery for when the car is off

  13. Have you checked the gas filter on the intake manifold? I busted mine years ago...has a small hose and nipple on it and the car would sometimes start and cut off all the time. I had to hold the broken peice on for it to run. Just a thought
  14. Must be some pictures of it around from shows back then? What events did you guys used to attend? We need to see what it looked like back then. With social media to, all hope is not lost yet...
