So im going to tackle my valve cover gaskets. As many have suffered i think its time to find a fix for the bolts becoming hand tight due to vibrations. The GEs dont have gaskets for the bolts like GTEs do so im wondering what fixes are out there to lock the bolts and not crack the valve covers. So far my ideas are, 1. Split locking washers 2 . GTE bolt gaskets, thinking the rubber will lock the bolts? 3. Thick rubber washers Any help?

Take a supra down to all these new retail parks opening up. Bumps are brutal

There are grommets on the passenger side of the tunnel. I have concerns about using the sump hole for the temp sensor..good idea but id be worried about something catching it and ripping the wiring away. Maybe go in at the side of the sump near the dipstick, drill a hole and use a fitting with a crush washer and a crush washer/ bolt on the inside of the pan? Or drill a hole and tap the sump, but the metals thin. Only thing is you would have to drain the 2l from the pan, drop it and reseal it having to wait near 24hrs for leaks coming down to clear up before resealing.

Few more jobs done, fronk crank seal has been weeping for a while so got that sorted and fitted a mishimoto radiator. New engine oil, coolant and flushed the power steering fluid.

Oem are discontinued. And theres no point going for a 26 year old seatbelt. Keron does new non oem ones. Id go for those, they fit Supras and are road legal

I got 2 on my supra that are out of view becuase of my carbon cooling plate

Pink and orange wires. Can test them on a battery...one on positive and one on negative. Best to fuse them. Then switch the wires to reverse the fold position
