    Mini Movie Review

Philadelphia is my of my all time favourites. Are you guys watching these movies via the net, or are some of these owned on DVD and VHS. I have a fairly extensive VHS collection, hence the question.
  2. Sounds like a good idea, meeting at the Green Welly Stop. Where are You and Marcus travelling from Mike? Looks like 4 Sups now, Ryan has work commitments, so the civic is out. Also I'm sure some of the lads meeting on Sunday might meet us on our way back . If we set off around 9.00am, we should make it to Tyndrum in time for some breakfast .
  3. You must, buy tyres quickly . I need to see these side on
  4. Next weekend buddy, Sunday 28th to be exact
  5. How would you guys like to meet us whilst we are traveling back down from Skye?
  6. Certainly agree mate, I totally forgot about the VSS. Good shout No worries bud, that's what these thread are all about I will dig out my invoice Jim
  7. Thanks Matt, I will look into the gasket set and the crank sprocket and crank pulley bolt. Hey Nic, I already have the pre-facelift brackets thanks , I also believe that I need to order a different sized bolt for one of the mounts on the off side, as the facelift brackets has a slighlty longer one as standard. Am I right or am I getting mixed up?
  8. Thanks for the input guys, I will update your input on the list in post one. Geo I am not going to be opening up the engine as it seems to be working fine (compression is spot on) and I don't envisage running a great more than BPU on this engine. More of a OEM overhaul. I think I will add new turbo link pipes to the equation, and some cam breather pipes. I ordered a new Alternator also, and will keep the working unit as a back up. Am I worth replacing the gear box mount?
  9. Hi Guys, any suggestions as to which parts I should look to replace whilst my engine is out of the bay and the gearbox is detached. I am currently buying the following. - Crank Pulley - New Pre-facelift Mounts (VVTI Engine) - Oil Pump - Water Pump - Cam Cover Gaskets - Cam Cover Breather Pipes - Front and Rear Crank Seals - Pilot Bearing - Core Plugs - Coil Pack Looms and Clips - V160 Gear Oil - Full Gasket Set - Timing Star - CP Bolt I am thinking more along the lines of Seals etc, should I look to replace these, they are not leaking but the engine has covered around 80k, so perhaps a refresh would be a good idea? Also which items, with regards to the gearbox, should I look to be replacing? Rear seal, Pilot Baring? etc. The Box in question is the V161. Thanks guys.
  10. That turbo looks like a centennial from the matrix

    BHP on BPU

shame he deleted his message before I got on, he would have been baffled how my NA managed to gain 150bhp after 20 years
  12. Not the skirts themselves, but the accompanying spats are different

    BHP on BPU

My black sup was running BPU, on a private track, me and Calzo were pretty matched for pace.

  15. Sorry I thought that I had left a comment, not just a smiley. This is going to be Brutal!!!
  16. +1 Remember folks, some UK owners have garages, and don't drive their cars during the winter months. I was looking for a RSP sup for ages (secretly), I looked into importing one, but then my current Sup popped up, the rest is history. I am more than confident showing the under side of my car, its nice and clean, and I have a fair whack of service history from here and in Japan . The key is viewing, researching, asking a lot of questions, and a little luck.
  17. I think the cars worth around the £7/8k mark for resale, but as others have mentioned, maybe around £9.5k for insurance purposes. I really like this car, the stylings right (IMO). Having had a paint refresh, that red really shows the car of beautifully.

Because belts deteriorate with time also Abz, not just with usage. Toyota interval is 60,000 miles or every 5years, which ever comes first. I'm sure steven was directing the comment towards cars with an average mileage usage.
  19. And a fine job you do as well, really am pleased with my 2014 copy
