  1. What dimension are the rear tires Steve?
  2. I'm running a RPS triple carbon too. It drives very nice; as you say, pedal feel is very light for a 900tq capable clutch. It has some noise when it's new .... give the clutch a couple of 100mls .. it will get better.
  3. Good news mate. Have fun in Si's 600bhp beast

    **Away on holiday**

Have a good break after those long pre-DB14 months
  5. Any news for Brembo yet Axle ?
  6. I have no other DB to compare to neither, but I think you chose a good mix of motorway and small roads. Only motorway cruising would be annoying after some time. What would maybe help keep the group together is to wait at given way-points (out of the little towns and city's) to form the convoy and continue the route. When leaving SPA, I had quickly lost contact to the guys in front of me (bicycles and other cars) , and it took me 20 minutes to get back to the group. There are also "national routes" in FRA, BEL and NED where you have 3 lanes (2 in one direction and 1 in the other, overtaking lane changing from side every 1-2 mls). These are easier for large convoy's. All in all, something very similar to DB14 would be ace
  7. Looks very clean. Good job.
  8. If he spend 50k on it, I suppose it was totalled and completely rebuilt. It has a stock engine, so the mods would nowhere be that high. I would suppose 10k in total for the mods would be a fair approx (6k for the turbo kit + exhaust + FMIC, 2k for the stand alone ECU, 2k for the fuel kit system) ; without the wheels. But, you will hardly get back what you paid for aftermarked parts. 30.000 EUR for a stock LHD is normal .... the additional mods may be a bonus (if done correctly), but it depends if a buyer is willing to pay extra for it.
  9. Got confirmation from CCW that the rims are being manufactured right now. This takes 1 week. I was surprised by John's mail saying that polishing and assembly take another 4 weeks .... can't wait now
  10. I guess it was dyno'd on E85 / race gas. You would need a remap on UK fuel; the rest of the spec looks fine. Price seems right too.
  11. What is the spec list. A LHD 6speed is easily worth 30.000 EUR. Is this a US model?
