  1. I went for 4300k; they still are a very white light and are unmistakably HID. They are also a fair bit brighter the equivalent 6000k

  3. I thought the sidways landing was called crabbing and was done because of high winds. At least this is what a pilot told me.
  4. If you push your car at all I would get decent rubber on asap.
  5. The supra is astonishingly cheap to tax in the UK when you consider its performance and fuel consumption. Most new cars which aren't diesels or designed to be slow ecconoboxes are far more to tax.
  6. The before pic is already far far cleaner then my engine bay. I have given up now as every time it rains there are marks all over the engine.

    What a girl

There are girls out there who know their cars. My other half often tells me about the various interesting cars she has seen during the day. She also nags me to spend more money on the car over less important boring things like food.
  8. Was timing out earlier and very slow for me. Seems a bit better now though.
  9. Double post.. 8 mins apart for some reason... Solenoid Installation.doc
  10. This guide may help you. Solenoid Installation.doc
  11. It is one of the hazards of owning and using a car which is/looks fast. Every F1 wannabe driver will be right up behind you so they can tell thier mates they overtook a supra or something. Best thing is to ignore them, they arent worth the petrol.
  12. Try removing the serpentine belt and then start the engine. If the noise is gone you know its one of the pulleys. Dont run it for long though as there is no water pump and nothing charging the battery.

  14. 1.5 bar!? I hope that isnt on stock turbos.....
  15. I just couldnt move house if it ment loosing my cats
  16. The traffic out there is insane. All the cars have scrapes and dents which i think is because they use the horn and lights as brakes. Have you been out in a car there yet?

    Digital SLR

For night images you would idealy need a tripod and a stabilised lens will help, although you can get good results without stabilisation. Depending on how far away the animals are and how big they are you might need to invest in a telephoto lens. If its birds and rabbits etc then you need 300mm minimum and idealy more.

    Digital SLR

I have used the 400d and 350d canons. Both are very capable cameras. I don’t think it is worth spending too much over £500 unless you are a professional or a serious enthusiast. The extra money would be better spent on a posh/better lens. The newer 450d comes with a better image stabilised lens but unless you are in very low light camera shake shouldnt be an issue anyway. So I would look for a cheaper SLR camera and spend the resnt on a nice lens. What is it she is planning to photograph with it? I just bought myself a nice sigma 500mm lens last week: D

    friends

    I dont have any
  20. Doesnt sound bad. £125 goes nowhere, barely two tanks of petrol for a supra....
  21. They just need to look for somone with a big wide smile, rosey cheeks and a brown eye.
  22. As long as the load rating of the tyre is high enough it should be fine. It will just wear quicker then a 235 tyre.
  23. I nearly always use 97 ron total fuel.
