See Toyota has finally got off its arse and will be launching the 'Supra'(to me) replacement:the GT500 aka LF-A.Curiously its debut is next month at the Nurburgring 24 hour race.Then shown at the Detroit Motor Show,and released in 2009.500 brake from a 4.8 lt V10,200 mph plus.The 'hybrid' is to follow at a later date.The article is in Autocar with pics.Looks pretty much as its done for the last couple of years.Hope it gives the GT-R a run for its money.

Thanks Supra.No,not sure it isn't the pump.The mechanic thinks its might be a leak from a nut(24mm?) about the pump.Will ask him about the pump itself.Ary more sugestions would be appreciated.Thanks again.

Front crank seal has been replaced 3 times.All is ok,until i give it a good boost(say a bar) then the leak starts.Seems to be the crank seal,but not sure.Happening when oil pressure is built up.Could it(oil) be passing from somewhere else other than the crank?Going daft,please help.Thanks

Try to remove as much of the paint as possible.If you dont,after the flat colour is applied over the new primer,it could react with the old paint:run,sag maybe not dry properly.If it doesnt happen with the flat colour,it might happen when the top laquer coat is applied.I know this from past experience with my own bumper.Get it as free of old paint as you can.Good luck.

Get the bloody thing back on the flamin' road!Had it for 22 months ,driven it for less than half of that.Been gone for the last 6 months.

Dead right Golfpro.AET built them.They lasted about 2000 miles(less)of easy use;but more than a year(just),so they washed their hands of them.For what i have spent in repairs,i could have had a decent single conversion.Amused i am not.I hope all goes well this time.Should be back on the road soon.Can't wait to see yours finished mate.All the best and a Happy Christmas:)

With envy!Had a lot of trouble with my Soop the past year,its become a saga.So was in the garage where its being fixed today,and there was a UK Soop in.Bloke is spending £25k on it(at least).The heap,the works,the whole shebang.Just had 6 and 4 pot Brembos(bin lid size) fitted with 19"Blitz wheels.Full set of Polyflex bushes,Tein coilovers with edfc.Thats just the start.Single conversion with all ancillaries,body kit,full respray and retrim to come.Don't know who's it is but he's a lucky bloke.If your on this site and read this;good luck mate,your car is going to be a corker!Meanwhile my old girl sits quietly at back of the garage.I give her my love and she just breaks my heart.Maybe one day li'l darlin' i'll be able to give you what you deserve.Sniff........
