  3. Shocks were on the car. About 65k.Providing they were on the car from original. No leaks.Sound.
  4. Yellow Bilsteins and S Tec lowering springs. On my car at the moment;working perfectly well.Springs have about 3-4k on them.Hopefully getting coilovers. Around £200 ono(springs alone are around this price) plus p&p.These are a bit heavy,so postage could be around £40 or so.I live in N.Ireland ,anyone local could collect. There is nothing wrong with this set up,just want a go at coilovers.

    Keating tkr

Have to agree Scott. On the site though it states 2000bhp as available.Still its beaten the VW boys at their own game.Pity the L-FA doesn't have more grunt.Still i wouldn't say no.For now my Supe is just fine.Over past week it seems to have attracted Rovers. The bigger models that is.Twice now, with diffferent different cars,i've had them chomping on my bumper;though not for long.Isn't mating season is it? What a thought a Supra-Rover love child.Think i feel a wee bit ill.

    Keating tkr

Just been reading about the Keating TKR.Looks bit like a Ferrari F40 without the wing. A GM 7ltr V8 with twin superchargers,1800(yes) bph, thats 225 bhp per piston, weight only 995kg. Top end 260.1 mph.Keating is taking it over to Bonneville Flats, thinks it should hit 300 mph.To order,£440,000.

    KPH Dials

According to the MOT testers, the dials have to read in MPH and KPH on the same dial to comply with regulations brought in about 2 years ago.Mine failed because it only read in MPH

    KPH Dials

Kph dials are an MOT failure.Dials should read in Kph and mph.I know mine failed two tests ago for this.Had to change the dials.
  13. Cheers Homer.A 90 degree bend sounds like a good idea.Thanks
  14. Hello Homer. You can't see it clearly on the photo but there is a heavy gauge heat shield over the manifold.Bloke over here made a great job of it.Also under the ,ahem, tat cover, the turbo is heat wrapped as is the downpipe. It is a short run cast manifold, which one i dont know.It was Marty from SSI that sourced it You're right about the breather pipe.I have a longer one,but thought it was being bent when the bonnet closed. Will have another look.Your advice is appreciated.Always wondered why a screamer pipe was so called;now i know.Like a banshee being stuck with a pitch fork.I have the full spec somewhere and will post it.The low down torque is amazing.Don't have any power figures yet,as i hope to finish the mapping on a rolling road.Thinking of maybe cams and pulleys after the winter(i mean the winter winter not the summer winter)I can only say that if anyone is thinking of hybrids:don't.Wait and get a single.Do it right and you won't regret it.Thought i'd done hybrids properly, two sets later, it hammered home that they were a waste of money.Happy now(for how long-power is a lustful thing)
  15. Thanks.Yes,the Autoglym black dye is really easy to use.I live on a main road with no driveway;so i wanted to get the carpet dyed as quick as possible.Took everything out,it was pretty straightforward, put the carpet on the front garden and sprayed it.Took no more than 10 minutes to do and was dry just as quick. The dye will do rubber(tyres),plastic any fabric etc.Great stuff. The single conversion is bloody fantastic. The work was done by SupraSpecialistsIreland-SSI) and a great job they did.The mapping still has a wee bit to do to,but i am truly pleased with it.Sorry about the pic sizes.Try to sort it out. Thanks again
  16. Autoglym black dyed carpets, Ultralite 755 new wheels, new GT35 single turbo conversion.
  17. Think you can use this stuff on just about anything.Plastic,rubber,fabrics.carpet.Some use it on black bumpers. It is a dye and not a paint.I started taking the carpet out of the car at about 10 am.I didn't rush.Had it done, including a tea break, with everything back in by 12:30 pm.I'm going to do the bonnet sound proofing with it,stop it looking tatty.Hopefully pics tomorrow.
  18. Just dyed my carpets black with this stuff.Great job.Carpets came out easy.Sprayed the dye on (two cans-£5.99 each),no problems at all,no mess.It dried in about 10 mins.Left it outside for about an hour to disipate the odour. Will get a couple of pics up.Very happy with the result,
  19. Did my hubs with BBQ satin black paint.Look fine.
  20. I have Richbrook caps fitted, they are the same as the Avani ones.Had the same problem. Now solved, but just had my front number plate nicked!
